We have been loyal to Rocket Brothers for over 20 years. My veteran husband recently suffered a major stroke that left him completely paralyzed on his whole left side. Upon going to Rocket Bros at my husbands request with his military ID and my driver's license, both photo ID's explaining my husband's situation and was denied the discount. Melinda (or perhaps Belinda), the owner said he had to be present and didn't seem to care about his service or situation. As a matter of fact she told me she wished she could believe me... I had the ID's... the veterans immediate family, spouse, kids,etc ALL SERVE and SACRIFICE. We love their coffee, but will no longer do business with a company that appears to be patriotic, but when push comes to shove, the $$ was more important than respect. I love Rocket Brothers so much. They have so many unique drinks. The service is always so great and the workers are nice. I love the vibe of this coffee drive through more than any other ones. Bite Me Starbucks!! The "Cancel Culture" is NOT a new thing! I haven't been in a freaking Starbucks for years and damn sure don't miss their over priced coffee! My wife and I were out for our "get the hell out of the house" daily drive and she said she would like to get us a couple coffees, if I would stop a at Starbucks. I was driving and while north bound on Lynn Lane the car pulled hard to the right and we went to Rocket Brothers instead. One hot white chocolate mocha for her, and one iced mocha for me. YUM! Love the Rocketccinos! Great variety on flavors and they will customize any beverage the way you want. Not open on Sundays, but the regular hours are pretty good during the week. Friendly staff, and the speed of service depends on who is working. Most of the time they are pretty speedy though! Oh, and all hot drinks come with one of their chocolate covered espresso beans, which you can buy so it's like a free sample. Can't beat the Rocketchinnos on the run!! Okay I will say that rocket brothers is not my favorite coffee spot, and does not offer near the atmosphere that other places do simply because it is a drive thru joint, but when I am running late and need my coffee fix, this is my go-to spot! The coffee is good, the customer service is incredible, and the people are always so friendly! Not to mention they give you a chocolate covered coffee bean with your purchase... (Maybe that's just me for being special though!) I have been here quite a few times now, and while I have not really ventured away from my normal choices, I feel like they offer a decent selection to choose from. My fiancé really loves the mocha and the chi tea rocketchinno. The only reason I am giving it three stars right now is because I have not personally tried many of their choices, and while the coffee is good for people in a hurry, it does not compare to somewhere like JoeBots. When they first opened it was my favorite. Fast forward to now and it's my least favorite coffee stop. Idk if it's a profit thing or what, but whatever type of coffee you order you will get about 3 teaspoons of actual coffee and the other 90% of the cup is just milk... and that's with anything you order. If you don't believe me ask for light milk and see how full your coffee cup is... So if you like paying 8 or 9 bucks for a cup full of milk. This is your type of place. Really nice people and friendly at the window but be prepared to wait in a very long line during peak hours. My car was fourth in line and it took 13 minutes to give my order another 5 waiting at the window to receive two lattes. Some people don't have this 20 minute luxury to wait in the drive-through first thing in the morning. I ordered a dirty chai (chai with a shot of espresso) and a caramel latte. I want to try this place I'd been seeing for two years. When I tell you it's the best one I've ever had?! It's the best one I've ever had! Forget Starbucks! If you're anywhere near a Rocket Brothers, and you're craving a coffee beverage, you HAVE to go here. You get much more personal service than a Starbucks, and their blended drinks are superior in taste and quality. I only have 2 gripes...1) it's not open on Sundays and 2) the Pumpkin Rocketcino only comes once a year. Try it, and you'll understand what I'm talking about. This place is great! Careful, if you get excited and order a cup of beans(which are awesome), be careful of how many you eat or you will be able to take off from earth yourself and visit the moon. Hands-down, my favorite place for coffee-esque beverages. Granted, I actually hate coffee. However, I loveloveLOVE their Chai Creme Rocketccino (sp?). It is similar to Starbucks's iced Chai Tea Latte if you were to ask Starbucks to add whipped cream. Rocket Brothers's is more decadent, sweet, and delicious though. It's to die for! The only problem I have is that they're slow. Very slow during peak hours. I live about half a mile away and pass by this location every morning on the way to work. There are always 4-8 cars in line, which given the speed of the place, would take about 15-20 minutes to process. So I never have time to stop unless it's a leisurely weekend visit. So sadly, Starbucks will continue to get my morning business. It's not necessarily Rocket Brothers's fault; they're popular, and it's a tiny place, only allowing a few people to be working inside at the same time. Nonetheless, it definitely prevents me from spending more money there. (Maybe that's a good thing though haha.) read more

Oh my gosh this place is PATHETIC!!!! Maybe get some workers who know what they are doing!!!! We literally just sat in line for a good 10 minutes then when we got to the window we were there for nearly 20 minutes while 8 cars were waiting behind us (which would have been more if 3 of the cars behind us had not driven away because I assume they were tired of waiting). Why were we at the window for 20 minutes?! They gave us the wrong drink order 3 times!!! To top it all off t'we were in such a hurry to not keep those behind us waiting that we left after they closed the window but before realizing we were missing straws. I'm located relatively close to this place so it is especially convenient to swing through on my way into the office. The coffee is, for the most part, well made and most of the baristas seem to care about what they are doing. The staff is always exceptionally friendly and a few are always sure to give me an extra one or two chocolate coffee beans with my order. The speed with which the line moves varies depending on who is working but I can usually get in and out within 3-5 minutes on an average day. I can't speak for the flavored or cold drinks but a straight up latte with an almond biscotti is almost always a solid bet with this place. My only complaint is that they are so popular in this area that they are often overrun on both sides of the drive through with no room to even attempt to join the queue. Not really a their fault as drive-through-only is their business model but a shop with an interior would be very nice. read more

I'm giving three stars because the coffee is pretty good. However, I went there this morning and ordered a black iced coffee. Easy peasy. Apparently not. Turns out, all of a sudden, "they can't make it". I asked why and she said "because it won't taste good". Um. What? You won't pour black coffee over ice like every other coffee shot in the world because you don't think it'll taste good? She wouldn't do it so I asked for a cup of ice (that they charged me for) so I could just do it myself....I try to support local places but if that's how it'll be every time, I'll just go to Starbucks. We recently moved to OK from Washington. The state not the city. I was excited to see a coffee stand. Back in WA, coffee stands are very common. Most are locally owned as opposed to the coffee giant based out of Seattle. Perhaps, I'm a coffee snob, but I was not impressed with the coffee here.
