This place is pretentious. You can feel the person at the register judging you the second you place your order. Oh, and please do NOT make the horrific mistake of asking for sugar (my husband learned the hard way). That said... the coffee is incredible. As much as I can't stand the way they make me feel, you really can taste a huge difference in their beans vs literally anywhere else. For this reason, we buy the beans and drink without judgement in the comfort of our own home. So in short, come prepared for the attitude, but in turn you shall have some of the best coffee of your life. Coffee is strong here (hence the double-shot name) and customer service is pretty amazing. I love the building. The pastries looked amazing, too. DS also offers a lot of things to take home like wine, ground beef, OJ, cream, cookie dough, and all sorts of coffee-centric accessories. Try the banana coffee before it's gone (limited time only) especially if you're adventurous. It may be an acquired taste but I was glad I tried it. Loved DoubleShot! I had never been before but had a friend tell me about it. I thought the atmosphere was really cool and it would be a great place to set up with a coffee and laptop or meet up with a friend. I took my granddaughter there after school and she had the "monster cookie" with chocolate chips, m and m's or something similar, oats, etc. She loved it. This is a nice spot for a delicious, strong cup of java. Caffeine jolt is guaranteed. A few pastries and baked goods are available at reasonable prices and staff provide speedy service. I always feel that their baristas take pride in presenting their coffee creations. This is also another great spot for co-working or for relaxing. They got plenty of small tables and chairs inside and outside and a couple of comfy sofas. Lots of great natural light streams in. I've been to doubleshot a number of times, both for business and pleasure. This spot never fails. Never. The menu is simple but not boring, the food is always good. The wait staff is usually fast and recommends good things 10/10 times. And they have packaged coffee that I eye everytime, (But shall purchase soon enough). I took a virtual board meeting in there once and shared space with a number of colleagues over the last few years because the environment just makes it so easy. Place and coffee are great. Prices are super reasonable. Quality is outstanding. The people are absolutely remarkable. This coffee shop has the best baristas and roaster in all of Tulsa. No matches for DoubleShot whatsoever. On a side note: I also had to address that when I saw that some lady was upset that her 16 oz drink made entirely with heavy cream (and two double shots of espresso) was $9, I could only guess that she never goes to the store to buy high quality heavy cream... which alone is $10 for a bottle. Has to be one of the top coffee shops I've been too! The building itself is eye catching and unique. Once you enter you see the nice open barn style interior. Plenty of seating inside or outside. To view the menu you have to scan the QR code, but that wasn't a problem. I asked for a Cortado and was told they didn't have that, but he quickly suggested a cappuccino which I thoroughly enjoyed. My only gripe about this place was that it was really hard to find an online menu before coming here. Even when I got here there was no menu displayed besides right at the front when you're about to order. 5 stars! And you want to know why? This place, I've been told, is a sustainable powerhouse and I super appreciate hearing about all they're doing for the community. Why else? Well, they had a picky tea drinker (myself) be brought here by friends who love coffee, and I was taken care of very well by a staff member who let me smell the leaves and brought me a whole mixology-looking plate to make my own London fog since they didn't know how. We got to sit and chat a bit and they have lots of seating upstairs and downstairs. Their breakfast sandwich was really good and it was just nice to warm up with my own custom tea drink. Thank you for accommodating my caffeine-sensitive body and being kind! I'm always afraid of coffee shops being snooty and this is not one of them. A very unusual structure for this neighborhood and even Tulsa, located a few blocks from the iconic "Corn Cob Building." I was more interested in the building's architecture than the coffee. It seemed very out of place. It reminded me of the weekend fishing cabins that I have seen in Montana, built along the banks of blue-ribbon trout streams, by affluent out of staters. I was enthralled with the interior. Post and beam construction, using hand hewn salvaged, reclaimed logs and lumber. Amazing beautiful wood, bearing the adze and axe marks that formed them. Some beams were aesthetically enhanced by years of weathering, a few showing stains of the paint that was used when they supported another building in another life. I spent the entire time admiring the timber and construction. The building is big. Two levels covering the coffee shop and roasting room. Comfortable expansive areas up and down, to relax and sip coffee. Double Shot is well staffed and staffed well. There had to be 5-6 employees on duty. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, personable and helpful. My wife gave me her order and went off to secure a table. I ordered my small latte with a shot of dark chocolate and for her a vanilla latte. The young lady replied "we don't have vanilla we have panela." Uh-oh, Houston we have a problem, what the hella is panela. I was only authorized to return with a vanilla latte. The young lady explained that it was basically brown raw sugar. Ok let's give it a try. Success, both coffees were very good. This the most unique coffee shop in Tulsa. read more

Made a quick stop before my hair appointment nearby. I wanted something to snack on before I arrived and I approached this building with a sign "Double Shot." Cool, I'm always up for coffee. I entered this cool, eclectic vibe...a lot of students with their laptops. It threw me off. I haven't seen anything like this before. I ordered my latte and lemon curd croissant, since they were out of their breakfast burritos. I sat on a loveseat and set my order on a trunk. Both the coffee and croissant were delicious. Non coffee drinker review!! This shop has been recommended to me by a couple different people, so I decided to swing by since I'm in Tulsa this week. The store itself is an incredible sight. A refinished barn with plenty of seating on two floors. Getting large groups in may be difficult during peak hours, but anyone with a group of 2-5 should have no issue getting a table. To-go orders also available. Service did a great job getting my group's food and drinks out to us quickly. I ordered a hot chocolate and a cinnamon roll. It's always nice when the baristas take time to dress up a drink (see photo) even when it's a non coffee item. The taste was fairly good, nothing special. The cinnamon roll was massive, with lots of frosting, so little ones will be sure to enjoy (and split with other sugar-minded friends!). I also have heard they have excellent lattes for those that do partake of caffeine. Overall, a great store worth stopping and sitting in for a while. read more

An Amish barn and bricks from the old Coca-Cola plant help to create this amazing space to enjoy some of the best coffee I have ever tasted. The place itself is airy, bright and spacious with a glass enclosed Roastery. Customer service was friendly and it was clear that they enjoyed working there. They took time to explain their menu and answer my questions about their coffee. Ultimately, I ordered a latte and a cranberry orange breakfast sandwich and I ordered breakfast burritos for the kiddos. Again, I cannot say enough about how amazing the coffee is. And the cranberry orange breakfast sandwich, for whatever reason works and was absolutely delicious. The kiddos enjoyed their breakfast burritos as well. If I lived closer, I would make it a point to visit DoubleShot on a regular basis. And the next time I visit Tulsa I will definitely be there for another cup of their amazing coffee. read more

If you're looking for a great cup of espresso, iced a latte or americano Double Shot is the place. Immediately when you in the interior and service brews their joy of espresso and coffee. There's a roasting room in the back of the counter and all pastry's baked fresh in house. The toad was good...I do think some jam would help give a sweetness and salty vibe. We also tried the orange cranberry English muffin sandwich and lemon scone. Nothing disappointed. There is even a sun level with espresso makers, grinders and plenty of merch. They sell whole loaves and English muffins in a pack. Highly recommend stopping by but know there are matcha lattes here. This is a place where brewed freshness with fresh pastries is the focus. I have always loved double shot's coffee and yummy pastries however, coming back to tulsa after spending my school year in nashville gave me a greater appreciation for this place. First, the coffee is some of the best i've had and the pastries (no matter which you choose) are so delicious. The baristas are so kind and willing to help you find the perfect beverage for you. What sets this place apart from other coffee shops for me is the abundance of spaces to sit and the cozy atmosphere. There is something so cool about studying or simply enjoying your coffee in a renovated barn filled with eclectic seating. The free wifi is also a plus! They even sell the oat milk like it's something to celebrate. Oat milk is the most toxic of all alternatives. Also, food choices are lacking healthy choices.
