Not your best option in Lincoln. The young man who took my money was polite; however, he was also unmasked and only about 1 foot from my face through my car window. The top tier wash was about $24. I was disappointed to see that, unlike Jet Splash, they don't manually spray down your car. My concern is that vehicles with rocks embedded in mud could easily transfer those rocks to the cloth brushes which could cause damage to the next vehicle(s) to go through the tunnel. The pull chain system is also kinda cheesy. It's design doesn't seem to allow the smooth transition of vehicles from drive to neutral, which makes the ride less smooth for people already in the tunnel. I was also disappointed to see that they do not manually wipe down your car after, which is another service offered by JetSplash. The vacuums had good suction and I appreciated the two different nozzle options for hard to reach areas. My car is pretty clean but has some water spots which a hand dry would have prevented. Final thoughts:you can get a better wash for a comparable price elsewhere. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience here and will not be returning. I purchased an express car wash, and when I went to vacuum and wipe down my car afterward, the bottom trim on the passenger side came off. Luckily, I was able to slide that piece back into place. However, while cleaning the front of my car, I noticed that a piece of the chrome trim was completely missing. I immediately brought it to an employee's attention. She went to look for it and came back with the chrome trim broken into two separate pieces. She asked if I wanted to file a damage claim, and I said yes. She then told me that because my car is more than 10 years old, they normally would not allow me to file a claim, but that she would make an exception. After waiting in my car, a different employee came out and told me they would not be doing anything about the damage and simply handed me the two broken pieces. When I told her I would never be coming back, her response was, "That's fine." That response alone says a lot about the level of customer service here. My issue is not just that my car was damaged--it is how poorly the entire situation was handled afterward. If a customer brings in a vehicle with its trim intact and leaves with pieces of it broken off, I would expect at the very least some concern and professionalism from the staff. To make matters worse, the actual car wash did a terrible job. I ended up having to basically hand-clean the exterior afterward because so much was still dirty. I paid to have my car cleaned, and instead I left with broken trim, a car that still needed to be cleaned, and some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I've previously been a member of rocket in Omaha. Today in Lincoln they wouldn't let me go through because I have a small luggage rack on top of my car. will never go back to rocket car was o took my suv through rocket car wash and it put swirl marks and scratches all over the hood doors side panels, and on the roof it was so bad that It took the clear coat and in some spots even down to the primer. The Rocket at Williamsburg is outstanding. I was with Russel Speeders in Omaha for several years, and was loyal to them, but the "new" one at 84th and Pioneers in Lincoln is a disappointment. I shopped around and had washes in several other washes here, and the Rocket at Williamsburg is by far best, in my opinion. My wife and I have been members of Rocket Car Wash for more than a year, however the past several times I've gone through the wash, it failed to recognize my license plate. So today I asked an employee to help me figure out what was going on. It turns out they somehow had changed our account so my wife's license plate number was on both accounts. They seemed to not have any clue what to do, and a line was backing up, so they sent me through for a "rocket wash", then the car wash itself stopped working half-way through the wash. Tried their free car wash with my Ford pickup at the Andermatt Dr location. My truck is stock and fairly new. The rotating dryer at the end of the car wash immediately broke off my antenna. I have gone through probably a 100 Jet splash car washes without an incident. They denied fixing my antenna. Manager at the time of the incident told my that they had multiple incidents of that happening. Some antennas were completely torn off. Their claims manager stated that Ford antennas should be removed before entering the car wash. Wow, what a poor response. The problem is their rotating dryer at the end of the wash is way to aggressive. Even without this incident, Jet Splash is a better car wash for about the same money. read more

One cannot just get a car wash -- it's harassment until you buy a membership and I never buy one...so it takes a long time to run the gauntlet. Then my car does not come out clean. "This business scams people to get monthly memberships. You can tell they have issues when you wait on hold over 40 mins to talk to a customer service rep." My son went to Rocket Car Wash for a car wash. As he went through he was presented with the option for a monthly membership. Which he told them NO, he just wanted a car wash, which he paid for on March 15th, around $11. The person told him they would just sign him up for a free month. Again he said I just want a car wash. However, he had to sign and initial a form to get the free month, which they were insisting. He had already said no to the membership. He is a college student making $12,75 an hr working 12 hrs a week. Seriously would he want a membership. NO! So a few weeks later April 15th $28 comes out of his checking acct, which is very noticeable when you don't make a lot of money. He called and explained to them what had happened. They said they would get back with him. He ended up having to call back because no one returned his call. When he called back they said because he initialed and signed the form they couldn't refund the $28. I was trying to have him handle this as a young adult. I was shocked they wouldn't refund him such a small amount $28, which is a lot of $$ to him. They did cancel the membership. Big deal right. He didn't want it to begin with. So I decided to call. I was 3rd in line and on hold for at least 40 minutes. Why would a car wash need that much time for customer service calls. Well I think we all know. The free car wash is a scam, the free month of membership is obviously a scam, and they sign you up for a membership. Unfortunately my young son wasn't wise enough to realize he was being taken advantage of. I am so disappointed a business operates this way. Signed up for a $9.99 membership, they charged me $37.53 instead. I called to identify the mistake and request a refund. They said they'd billed everyone wrong that month. Twenty days later, they still have not provided a refund. Spoke to the same rep again who said it will take 7-10 days to get a refund. It's been 20, they are asking for another 10 days on top of that. They blamed it on IT issues and said it's out of their control. They shouldn't be trusted with payment systems if they can't bill appropriately and fix their mistakes in a reasonable amount of time. read more

The car behind me rear ended me inside the car wash and this appears to be a recurring theme according to the Next Door app. They stopped the system briefly and then restarted it. When I drove out I assumed I would be greeted by someone to check to make sure I was okay and what the damage was and to discuss with the guy who hit me. None of that happened. I tried to stop the guy who hit me and he said it was not his fault and drove off. No plates. When I then went to ask the manager on duty about it he did pull up video. They were more concerned with whether or not it was their fault than to do anything about it. They suggested I file a claim with my insurance company and I would hear from the corp regional manager soon. Call never happened. I could go on and on, but don't go here..... I put my car through their wash and the cover for my antenna was knocked off and they refused to do anything about it they haven't paid me anything I got an estimate for the repair and I gave it to them a copy and there has been no action on their part I have gone back twice to their location to try to talk to a manager they just take my name and phone number each time say someone will contact me and I never have gotten a call I will never ever ever take my car to this car wash again and I advise other people not to go there because if any damage happens to your car good luck in getting them to take care of it for you.
