We were working with Allen here to see if he could whip it back into shape which he said he could not. We ended up having to order it. Couple things: we were talking about how sucky my situation was with having 4 kids and now only a motorcycle for transportation. He checked around the shop but said he didn't have a rim in my size. he was willing to let me borrow another rim while I waited for mine. I wasn't expecting that. I also needed to wait until pay day to afford the cost of the rim. he ordered it for me anyways so I wouldn't have to wait for more shipping than I needed to. The rim came in, but was the wrong color. instead of shipping it back and making me wait again, he offered to paint match it, and got it done that day. I honestly cant tell the difference. the rim I had is one of those smoky gray colors with small metal flakes in them. rim he painted matched that, flakes included, I'm honestly impressed. the price of the rim was what he quoted me, including the tax. all in all, the situation sucked. I mean, I had a doughnut, but live out by crete and cant rely on that to get everyone where they need to be. I felt like Allen understood that and did everything in his power to make the best of it. he was very responsive when we called and didn't give me a vibe like I was a number or that he was raking in profits from me. when I paid, his wife was at the desk and she had a great customer service personality while we were double checking everything. I would highly recommend their service if you ever need it. you can tell they care about their people as people and not just customers. i'll shut up now.

As for the work done on my vehicle, I generally keep my car pretty clean but had owned if for five years and this was it's first detail. I'm very satisfied. Everything is clean. Everything looks amazing. Everything smells good. The interior looks as good as the day it was driven off the dealer lot. The gentleman who I talked with was very nice and friendly. Top notch service. I would give this experience six or even ten stars if I could. As long as I live in the Omaha/Lincoln area, I will be using MC Auto Detailing for all of my detailing needs.

My fuel tank started leaking on a Sunday evening, and so I immediately drove it to 24 hr auto…read morerepair. I knew it wasn't going to be a quick fix, but was still very disappointed in how long it took. At first, I was happy that David, the owner, was going to try to get a fuel tank second hand so it wouldn't have been as expensive. He told me he would have it finished within a week- great! However, a week went up and then another week was added and so on and so forth for about 4 weeks. Turns out the fuel tanks they ordered were delivered wrong and they had to order them again and wait for delivery; understandable but eventually my patience was wearing thin and could tell they were grasping for straws and feeding me bullshit. All the while, they kept finding "new" problems with my vehicle. They said they needed to fabricate a new heatshield, fix the muffler + exhaust, and then they started working on fixing a engine light that needed about $600 worth of work; however, everything they tried didn't work so the engine light is STILL on. Once everything was installed and looking good, suddenly they found a cable that was melted that absolutely NEEDED to be fixed- they wouldn't take no for an answer. That added another week. The people working the front desk were the most incompetent people I've ever met. I would call and ask for an update and they would say "let me get David" just for David to tell me nothing is updated after 15 minutes on hold. One time, I went in to grab something from my vehicle; I asked the front desk person for my keys to get something and they said "let me ask David." I waited around for half and hour for him to pick up the keys (sitting right in front of the front desk person) and hand them to me. The communication was awful. I would call and then they wouldn't call me back. David would call me probably once or twice a week to explain the same thing he explained 20 times to me already. He was definitely over diagnosing my vehicle, which is a common factor in several reviews for this company. I would ask how much it was going to cost, and he would say let me check and then didn't end up giving me a straight answer until a week before the vehicle was finished. He told me it would be done by the afternoon, and then I came to pick it in the evening and then he said it will definitely be done the next morning, but then didn't call to confirm until the next evening. Finally (two months from when I dropped it off) it came time to pay, the bill was $2900. I asked if they did payment plans and David said no we don't really do payment plans, you HAVE to pay up front OR as they were fixing it (that would have been pretty hard because he never told me a confirmed cost). I asked if there was a fee for credit cards and he said no but if you pay up front I'll knock the bill down to $2800. Luckily I had the money, if I didn't my vehicle would probably be one of MANY sitting in their lot. Overall, it felt like my vehicle was being held hostage and I was pressured into agreeing for upgrades my vehicle didn't need. Looking at the reviews, it seems pretty hit or miss. If you have a tire you need replaced, that's an easy fix; but anything else, they're pretty incompetent.

He called made an appointment for a Thursday. Dropped the vehicle off on Wednesday night. 2 DAYS Later, they didn't even take the vehicle in their garage. I called, being a dad on Thursday, no call back. Called again on Friday, finally a callback. No estimate. Came there after work, they wanted to snowblow me with a lot of nonsense that didn't answer their solution to what the vehicle came in for, #2 misfire. Later on that evening, we took the truck with no service to the truck. Their parking lot is full of no plate, junk cars. They will overcharge, over diagnosis and leave you broke.
