I'm not blaming Southside, I'm just pointing out that this particular type of carwash won't get your car completely clean. On the back window, I could the dirt where the wiper doesn't reach and on the wheel wells and bottom of the car still have some dirt. Again, this is just where the technology is, if you want a really good washing I would advise using one of the self-service bays or some other carwash that scrubs these areas. My car always comes out very clean and I love that they always have plenty of trash cans and vacuums available. They have great hours, and are usually open, even in winter.

The layout is biggest factor. Having the vacuums placed on the way into the wash leads to you trapped by a long line of cars waiting to get in the wash. The vacuums themselves are low suction. This layout also does not support a good place for detailing your car. The other locations have sorted this issue and have a much improved overall experience.
