Car was washed at the Kearney, NE Tommy at wash This was my first time using the car wash. My car's windshield was still very dirty. I called and spoke to a young lady who said she couldn't help me because I had left the Tommy parking lot. I told her that I'd had driven Casper, WY to Kearney and had many bug splatters which didn't come off. She said that if I needed to use my nail to scrape the bugs off their system would not work because they use soft clothes only My question was I belong to Jetsplash and they have attendants that spray down your windshield before entering the car wash and attendants when you exit why can't Tommy use this system read more

What a nice place! Nice and new location no more than a couple of years old. Everything still seems brand new. Washed my car really well. They have some decent specials and fairly reasonable prices for what you get especially the subscription but everything is one anymore. It takes you on a belt so you don't have to drive just sit in neutral and listen to music. They also flash colorful lights which is kind of neat. The workers are friendly they also have a fast lane that scans your plates. Definitely a good car wash that'd I'd recommend! read more

The was does not clean your vehicle. I gave it two chances with the $24 top wash and I still had dirt and grime on the car. Not the best place. I am now going to a Tornado car wash that you have to do it yourself by it is a better clean for about 10 bucks less read more

Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I watched helplessly as their dryers tore the drivers' side mirror off my car. I immediately drove back to the service counter to report it. The clerk took photos but basically blamed my car, and I later received a text saying it was all my fault and they would take no responsibility for the damage their equipment caused. There had never been an issue with the mirror before. I will leave bad reviews everywhere I can for this establishment. It could have cost you less than $100 to fix this issue which was directly caused by your equipment. But you take absolutely no responsibility and blamed the customer. Terrible business practices, no accountability, terrible customer service. read more

About a year ago I sold a car and cancelled my Tommy's account. Somehow, that account accidentally got reinstated and I was charged for over a year of membership fees. Once discovered, I worked with the manager, but even though they recognized that the activation was accidental and it was obvious that the account had never been used, and no carwashes were provided a single time, they refused to credit my account. I understand that managing the account was my responsibility, but Tommy's could have shown grace and understanding in this situation. Instead, I'm out nearly $1000 while they never rendered any service. read more

Love this car wash, fast friendly service from the minute you pull up. The wash is a little pricey but feel the touch less wash is one of the best in town. The self service vacuum cleaners are awesome very powerful, the overall facility is very clean and everything works great. read more

Really like this car wash. App is great and sends me to the front of the line and works everyone w/o problems. Clean and modern facility. Attentive staff. Haven't used the vacuum stations. For my midsized SUV, wash itself is good: wheels look clean with no dust build-up (I go twice a month), car is clean and dry when leaving. The car wash does a terrible job on the lift-gate - it never gets cleaned and I have to wash it myself. I can see where the brushes and where they didn't. We are recent new members of Tommy's Car Wash and we love the job it does on our car. It always comes out sparkling clean. With any carwash I've used, I soften up the bugs and bird poop with a little cleaner spray like Simple Green, and the carwash does the rest. I do the same with Tommy's. The wash is fast, and with the membership -- we drive right in and it's always ready to go. I highly recommend this carwash. read more

I really look forward to getting my car washed and taking it to Tommy's. It's quick, the employees are very kind, and I love their detailing kits/vacuum areas. It's a bit pricey but I think well worth it since their equipment doesn't harshly slap or beat up your car like gas station washes do. They also have dog treats available for your dogs if you bring them along! read more

Not impressed with your car wash at all. Spent the money for you too wash ($17.00) and it was not worth it. The attendant directing you in seemed to not be paying much attention. There are still bugs on the front of my car. I had bird poop on a side window and while most of it is gone it is still stuck on. The back of my vehicle is covered in water spots. read more

I bought the #1 plan. It left a film in areas of my car and the driver's side mirror was not clean. The toweling at the end didn't touch my car, so not sure if that's why. read more
