    11/13/17 - I arrived to pick up my rental that I'd reserved online the day before. Service was a…read morebit slow on this morning and business was booming. However I observed nothing but pleasant customer service, even with a few irate customers. After a 10-15 minute wait, I was asked if I wanted to catch the van down to the Jordan Lane location since they had a compact car available for me. Apparently there would be an additional wait time before I received one at this location. I went ahead and rode to Jordan Lane with a few other guests that was in the same predicament. Shortly after, we arrived to Jordan Lane and staff there was very nice. The only issue was that they had an issue finding my reservation online as well another guests' that arrived with me. This caused an additional wait time but the issue was rectified shortly after and I was finally on my way with a rental. 11/18/17 - Stopped by to have my rental adjusted to the promo weekend rate since I'd have it for a few extra days. This service was quick and hasselfree. Ariel assisted me with finding a feature on the rental that I'd inquired about. She was very sweet and personable. I can't recall the guy's name that assisted me with adjusting my rental rate but he was awesome as well. 11/20/17 - Arrived right at opening to return my rental that I'd had for a week. Thankfully, it wasn't as busy as the previous Monday morning. I had a orthodontics appointment scheduled at 8:10a and I was in the process of calling an Uber but staff asked if I needed a ride and offered to take me to my next destination. Overall satisfactory experience.

Why did the website offer me a car? It wasn't specialty car, just a standard car. They didn't tell me when I checked in. And just before one guy told me they didn't have a car, another lady told me my car was almost ready. Also, there are rows of computers where people are sitting taking calls and making/changing reservations. But a large part of the time they were just sitting there hanging out. Not a good look when there are people sitting there waiting. The one plus was that everyone was friendly. But there's really no excuse for this level of incompetence.

I…read morehave been to Nissan dealerships whose service dept ripped me off, who made dangerous and faulty repairs on my car, who did shady things with my car insurance, and who gave inferior customer service. I am of the school of thought that if you pay a premium to bring your car to a dealership, you should be getting top-notch service and a great experience. Landers McLarty's is a perfect example of how it SHOULD be done. It was a relief to me to receive such an excellent experience and customer service when I had my car worked on here. My service rep John was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He and his team pinpointed the problems right away and gave me a price range of repair options available to me. They found trouble spots that another shop had completely overlooked (just that same week!). Nissan was thorough, unlike the other shop who charged me $1k for a problem that didn't even get resolved. Had I gone to Nissan first, it would have been done once and it would have been done thoroughly and correctly. I appreciate that kind of integrity and craftsmanship. My 15 yr old car now drives like it's almost new again. They even provided me a complimentary Lyft ride home while my car was being worked on. John provided timely updates, and provided cost estimates for each of the repairs before performing them. There are some repairs I chose to do elsewhere, where it was more cost-effective for me, and John did not try to upsell me or convince to do me otherwise. People complain that dealerships cost more for service. That depends, how many times do you want to have your "repair" fixed? What is that time and inconvenience worth to you? Are repairs expensive? Yes. It's like going to the doctor for your car. If you want a healthy car, it costs money, that's a fact of life. The important thing is that you get what you pay for. At Landers McLarty, the value of my repair experience is something that will continue to bring me back. The cost was reasonable and the experience was great. Thank you!

After agreeing to a price on the new vehicle the salesman told me since I beat him up over the price my interest rate would be 7.9%. I have almost a 800 credit score. I eventually negotiated the competitive rate based on my credit rating. The finance manager was just rude and angry that we got a fair deal. We love the car but would never do business with this dealership again. We have a two year free service agreement but based on the other review there service department I will just pay for my oil changes. Purchasing a new vehicle is a high expense for families and if this dealership does not see there's reviews and recognize something needs to change than the should not wonder why they have a failing business. Business are run by people, culture and customer experience is driven by leadership. The are plenty on Nissan dealers out there save yourself the frustration and go else where.

Then waited a month for information. I was told nothing else could be done. So now I'm without mud flaps. Was then told they would understand if I stopped my monthly payment. After going through the wash the lower door air scoop was damaged-- which I didn't notice until I left the property (who gets out of their car immediately after 'professional' wash and has to inspect it top to bottom to ensure their car hasn't been damaged?) Got to my destination, got out, glanced back and there it was, a complete mess. Returned cool headed and to their credit the on site supervisors were extremely kind and did a great job filing the claim. They reassured me it would be covered and the wash is covered in "4k cameras" to show damage done/not done. They also said they had to adjust the wash for the height of my vehicle and "that's probably what did it". Days later, an adjuster called and refused to cover the damage as was stated, because we 'left the property' - what a sham. What happened to the cameras which apparently weren't reviewed or they would have mentioned that during the adjuster phone call. Extremely disappointed - go there at your own risk. Attached is my repair bill from Chevrolet showing my $6,908.97 repair costs from a simple $20 dollar car wash.
