We needed a car wash. We had been traveling for three weeks through the south west, the collection of bugs on our grill and headlights was the worst I had ever had on my car. I went ahead and paid for the top car wash that they offer, ($25.00) because of that they told me that if for any reason I was not happy with the wash, they would run the car through again. I have been trying to cancel my monthly charge for the past seven months. When I went into the business, I was referred to the website and app to handle the cancellation. Since then, I have received five emails confirming that my inquiries were received, but nothing has been resolved. The app is horrible! I genuinely want to support local businesses, but seriously--why should it be this difficult to cancel a service? Paid for $14.00 wash because it's going to rain this week and wanted to get the dirt off. Drove off and noticed whole right side of car was not cleaned so I went back and was told by manager that they don't rewash a $14 car wash even if it's not clean. Tires were still dirty and he told me our brushes can't reach rims. He then gave me a "better" wash he said which chipped ain't on my hood. DON'T go here! read more

We stayed in Twin Falls ID during our road trip. Our car was dirty so we search for the nearest car wash. We tried this place and paid for their $25 ultimate car 'all the works' wash. Their system got glitchy so the attendant manually open the arm but there were cars that went ahead of us on the other lanes instead of us. When we got to the car wash we just got the basic wash instead of the highest option wash, no tire shine etc. This place is a rip off. Somebody got the wash we paid for! Not recommended go somewhere else. read more

Apparently, I wasn't paying close enough attention when the kids signed me up for my free trial for $10 no further obligation... Well, I have been charged three times since then. I have not been able to make it into twin due to illness to cancel my membership. I have used the website to cancel my membership three times. I have requested the corporate office to contact me. I have left voicemails at the rocket express in twin and now their voicemail is full so you can't leave a message. I am very very unhappy with the lack of Customer Service from this company and have now been charged $120! I am headed to the Better Business Bureau website to Lodge a formal complaint now and I'm also going to have my bank pursue fraud charges . read more

This is the worst car washing I've ever experienced. I went to go Bach the because my car was still covered in a dried on dust. I'd just drove to Colorado and back with rain storms and dust storms alternating. My car was really dirty. The man told me the car was wasn't made for this much dirt and I would have to pay again. I said why would I do that when you just admitted your car wash won't clean my very dirty car? And why did you let me pay the first time and not tell me your car wash wouldn't take the dirt off? He said pay again or don't we're not giving away free car washes. I said you not selling car washes either. You don't wash dirty cars, only clean ones. I said back all these cars and allow me to get out. I'm not giving you another penny. He looked at the line behind me and told me just go ahead and go through. I told him no I'm not ever going through you car wash again. Buyer beware. He pointed out several spots on tires and back of my car that was exceptionally muddy. (After I paid and went through). I suggest or asks attendant about specifics of your car is very dirty or has mud. Unlike other car washes they don't hose those spots off before you go through and their price is much too much to still end up with a dirty car. Other car washes guarantee their service and will ask you to drive through again at no charge to get the spots it missed. Actually I recommend not using this car wash. It was all perfect when I received help from Xavier Garcia who told me that I could get a free month with only $10, he was very kind and everything just didn't mention that what i was buying was a membership. I was super excited and got it on the spot thinking it was a steal, yet a month later im charged $40. I had gotten a membership and wasnt told anything about it, i feel dreaded and terrible having to go through this process of cancelling my account on their mistake. Car wash is fine, sometimes the vacuums are actually working. People are always upselling. What brings me here today is the frustration over canceling their monthly membership. It says on the receipt you can cancel on website or by phone. Website won't work on different browsers at different times of the day. I tried calling and you aren't allowed to leave a message and even worse they state, you cannot cancel over the phone. Rocket, fix your receipt then that says you can. I will have to physically go in which isn't easy as I don't live in the same town. One last thing, they expect you to cancel 7 days before you will be billed otherwise you have to do the next month. read more

Every time I get my car washed, I'm met with a smile and a wave. I love having the fast pass for convenience and that I can go thru anytime I like. I think your employees need a little music playing during the day to help keep the positive attitude and upbeatness they already have. We have been going to the Twin Falls location for a couple of years now. Always get a good wash. We also take advantage of the Rocket Express in Boise and Meridian when we are in that area. Today, my wife lost her ring while drying the car. She didn't realize it was gone until sometime later. When she did, we went back to the car wash to ask if anyone had turned in a ring. The answer was no, but a young man named Jaden offered to help us look. He actually took the vacuums apart and searched through the trash in them. And then all but got on his hands and knees to look on the ground for the ring. The ring had found its way into a crack in the cement. This is a shining example of how an employee can make a business thrive. The world needs more people like Jaden. Thank you. read more

Best car wash in Twin Falls! Love the ease of access - easy to get into from Bluelakes BLVD (especially if you are northbound on BL BLVD), plenty of room for the cars if there is a line, and the line splits into 3 'check-in' lines which are automated so everyone knows who goes next. The customer service is fantastic, there is always someone friendly at the check-ins to help with choosing your wash options (touch screens with card readers) - even friendly and helpful in below freezing temperatures! Love that one pass through this wash can take the winter grime and road trip bugs off my vehicle no problem - and it's FAST! The huge line of vacuums (pull to the right hand side after your wash) is another reason I love this car wash. These vacuums are awesome! Watch out though, they are so great, they'll get that missing toddler sock out from behind the car-seat and zoom it's gone :) read more

Its impossible to cancel this membership. Their website provides no confirmation when you go to your manage your membership. I assume its because they want to rip you off for more money. I hate companies that try to scam you out of money. Very poor customer service. No matter. I will go down there myself and cancel. I will then call my credit card and issue a stop payment. read more

This is an excellent car wash. I have nothing but positive things to say. If I lived in Twin I would buy their pass and use it all the time. But I live in Buhl so I go here AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE. The wash prices are really well priced and the free vacuums suck like crazy! I really like that there is always a worker at the pay station to help you select your wash and run your card, etc. My car looks spotless every time we come out of here. I will never go there again. We cancelled our monthly, and found out after they kept charging the card. A month later they still would not refund the money? They know we did not have any washes! but said it is because we cancelled a day after we started, so had to charge us for the additional month. What a bunch of B-S (just bad business). DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!!! If you care about the integrity and look of your cars paint, I strongly urge you to go elsewhere. This car wash left significant scratches in my 2016 Toyota Sequoia at the rear bumper on the driver side that will require body work to repair. Both managers deny the scratches were caused by their car washing process. I know my car very well, both inside and out. These scratches did not exist prior to today's car wash. VERY DISPLEASED!!! Rocket Express ripped half my rear bumper off last year. They had video of my van going in ok and then out with the bumper folded in half. Yet they refused to fix it. Cost me $1000 to have replaced. I had a similar experience years ago at a car wash in Albuquerque that readily paid for the damage to my car. So this was upsetting that Rocket Express refused to stand behind their own equipment and services. I won't be going back. We've got other options now. read more

I used to love this place and it seemed to be a perfect wash, but in the last year it has really changed. Now when I go get a car wash, my car is still extremely wet and requires me to get out and dry it if I do not want water spots everywhere. This was not the case a year ago. They push the cars thru too fast and too close and now it requires you to dry your own car. There are two more car washes opening up and they will give Rocket Express a run for their money. If you are taking an older vehicle thru the car wash yes you can expect that something might happen and I believe that they state they aren't responsible since older cars are a greater liability. Terrible place. I have had two cars damaged at this place. Filled out a form only to be immediately told it wasn't their fault by a manager who said it couldn't be their fault because I had a rock chip on the front of the car. Not sure what that has to do with scratching the doors on my car. Beware of damage and never taking credit for causing it. I'm being generous here. The vehicle (Land Cruiser) never really gets cleaned completely. The tailgate and rear bumper always has dust left on it. The vehicles come out mostly dry but the spot-free rinse certainly is not. It is convenient for a decent rinse but that's about it in my opinion. read more
