I pay $35 a month so my Fiancée can wash her car with ease since this location is near her work. Needing a wash before a wedding and not having time to wash it myself, I drove to Tommy's and went through not once but TWICE. I think parking out in my field with the irrigation going would've been faster, cheaper, and cleaner than the two times I went through Tommy's. Save the $35 a month and use it in Jackpot. Love the belt track. I have a car with wide tires and they don't work well with track systems that have metal tire guides. They have free vacuums and clean towels to dry off after the wash. read more

I would give a zero star if possible a couple months ago took my brand new truck there, which received damage to the front. After trying to show it to the GM Yoni. Who by the way was very unprofessional. Sent me bogus pictures that didn't show anything as far as a scratch(wonder why he didn't zoom in)and said the damage had been done previously. Claimed there was touch up paint and sent me a picture of a yellow vehicle when my truck is white. So if you are in the twin falls area do not go here. Well Folks...Someone got back to me and gave me the name and phone number for the manager, Yoni. I left THREE messages and never got a call back. I tried to leave my message and I had to tell her two times what I was calling for, after she finally understood the name Yoni she told me over and over "we don't have a Johnny here." Leaving the message I had to tell my phone number two times before she was able to understand and read it back to me. It could have a SNL skit. What a wonderful place to hire middle school kids. I'm done with this car wash. I'm sad to report this, cause I used it often when I went to Walmart. Never again. Sorry guys... read more

This is one of the best car washes in Twin Falls. One of the things I liked compared to Epic Wash and others down where I live in the Reno area is the belt guidance versus using a chain - it was very easy to load and unload from the wash. The signage was excellent, and the car was cleaner than I expected. Pricing was not bad for what kind of service I received - this was enough to get the bugs and rain spots off the car. This will be a place I will visit in Twin. read more

New car wash in town, so I tried it. Prices and services were comparable to Epic (around the corner from them). When I asked for a dash wipe, they actually gave me a little detail kit, which was actually pretty nice - not sure if this is normal, or if it was some kind of opening promotion, but it had several kinds of wipes and a buffing cloth. They also sell the kits by the vacuum cleaning station for $3.00. The only thing that was a little different was the process for going through a second time if the first time didn't get everything off. Usually, you just drive up and tell the people that you need to go through again. At Tommy's I was told I would need to find someone working out by the vacuums and have them look at the car and determine if I should be allowed to go through again. I thought that was a little weird, and time consuming, since they were busy and I had to wait a little to flag someone down. The gal also told me that the cheaper washes can't aways get stuff off the way the more expensive washes can. I wasn't wild about that idea since I think any level wash should clean your windshield! I stopped by for a wash and was told that my car wash too dirty and that washing my dirty car could scratch my paint. (never heard that one before). The guy told me if I wanted to go to a bay wash and pay to wash my own car then come back he'd be happy to wash my clean car. that is about the stupidest thing I've heard in a long time. Brought our car in with the front having accumulated a plethora of bugs from a long drive. We mentioned this to the attendant who told us if they didn't come off to come around again and he would send us through again. Only a few remained and they easily wiped off with a drying cloth. I transferred a 3 month gift card to another vehicle after only one month of use. They now charged me for a second month and claim they never redeemed the3 month gift card. I've been 7 days back and forth via email and cannot get resolution. I've requested a phone call but unless I can provide the gift card numbers they are unable to help. Really? This place is so awesome!! Last week I took my car in to get washed and I accidentally placed my car in the line a little late (typical me, I am always scared I'll drive too far in and break something ). As I pulled out to use the vacuums, the manager approached me. She immediately noticed that my car wasn't up to standard in terms of being washed on the back side, and offered for me to go through the line again and receive the best wash. Definitely some of the best customer service I have seen in my life! I've been back a couple times since, and the facility is genuinely pretty top-notch! Vacuums are free and they have a free mat-washer machine, which is a plus if you're like me, being always in a rush and live in a really dusty environment. The prices are not too bad either, considering their best wash "The Works" is only $15, or $30/month for unlimited washes. "The Works" removes all the dirt and dust, and I'd say 90-95% of bugs. They've even got a great deal right now too where you can purchase a 30-day pass for half the price ($15). They give you a code to use or if you download the app, the code is saved there, making it all a lot quicker. LOVE this place!!! read more
