    Enchiladas Soda
    Onjellena S.

This store carries an assortment of snacks, including some very unusual ones that I have never had before. They also have some delicious snacks that I have consumed a lot. Other than the variety of snacks, they also have some weird options like enchilada-flavored soda and other weird types of snacks. Although the prices are a bit on the higher side, everything about the store was quite enjoyable, much like walking into an old-fashioned candy store. The help was very friendly, too.

The employee was sitting down behind the counter just ignoring everyone who came in so quite literally the store was not being monitored and a few other customers mentioned how it would be easy to take. I wanted some gummies and went over to their selection but you can tell it is not maintained. Lots of stale gummies and or empty bins. It was rather disappointing. Once I was ready I was at the counter for about 12 minutes and I kept looking at the employee to see if they would come over. Eventually I said excuse me and he got up very annoyed. Didn't even greet me, tons of attitude and mumbled my total so low I couldn't hear it and had to rely on the screen for my price. I said thank you and he just ignored me and went back to his seat to completely ignore the other customers. It is pretty unfortunate that this location has such awful service.

My recent experience on a Sunday evening (5:22 PM, to be exact) was not just disappointing--it was a glaring example of systemic indifference and selective engagement that has no place in retail, let alone a family-friendly establishment. From the moment my excited little one walked in--freeing herself from her stroller with the innocent enthusiasm only a child can muster--to the moment she proudly selected her lollipop and approached the counter, not a single employee could muster a "Hello," "How are you?" or even a perfunctory "Did you find everything okay?" Instead, the interaction was reduced to a robotic price quote, dead silence, then back to their conversation. No warmth, no acknowledgment, no effort. If the staff's exhaustion at the end of a weekend shift was the issue, then management needs to reevaluate scheduling or hire employees who understand that customer service is the bare minimum in retail. What makes this experience even more egregious is that this wasn't an isolated incident. On multiple occasions, I've noticed a pattern--certain customers are greeted warmly, while others (particularly those who look like me) are met with cold indifference. A simple "Hello" should not be a privilege; it should be standard. If your staff lacks the emotional intelligence to treat all patrons with equal respect, then your establishment has failed at its most fundamental duty. The most heartbreaking part? Watching my little one's bright-eyed anticipation wither into confusion when her simple joy was met with blank stares. Children remember these moments. They internalize them. And while she may not fully grasp the nuances of poor service or discrimination, I do--and I refuse to spend my money in a place that allows such energy to thrive. In 2025, consumers have endless options--and even more platforms to voice their dissatisfaction. If your employees lack the personality (or basic decency) to engage with customers, they have no business working in retail. And if management turns a blind eye to discriminatory behavior, then they don't deserve patronage. To Lolli and Pops at Perimeter Mall: You've lost not just my future business, but the business of my network as well. My coins--and those of my vendors--will be spent elsewhere, with establishments that understand respect, inclusivity, and the bare minimum of hospitality. To Potential Customers: Spend wisely. Your money and your energy should go to businesses that value you--regardless of what you look like or what time you walk in. "A candy store that leaves a bitter taste."

The selection is huge, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the chocolate texture felt very different from the typical chocolates I usually get. The shop itself felt a little small, but overall I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. There were so many eye-catching options that I was honestly a little overwhelmed in a good way. Everything is made in Japan, and the staff patiently explained the different chocolate types, which I really appreciated. Some of the chocolates also have liquor in them, so definitely be aware of that if you're buying for someone else or trying to avoid alcohol. I honestly don't even remember exactly which one I got, but I do remember being impressed by the texture. It was smooth and different from the usual chocolates I buy, and I'd give the chocolate itself a 5 out of 5. Service was also a 5 out of 5 for me. They were friendly, patient, and made the experience easy. There is plenty of parking, and they also offer gift wrapping, which makes this an especially good place for gifts. The only downside is that the space felt a little too small in my opinion, but I'd still come back.
