This candy shop is the Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory of suburban malls. It's a miracle how they managed to cram a smorgasbord of different candy into a small, colorful store. The decor is old school and lively, with a modern touch of bold typefaces on the products and chalkboard typography along the sides of the store. They offer a small selection of baked goods like macarons, which seem stale and are over-priced. They have an amazing assortment of global sweets and snacks, including Japanese varieties of kit kats and Mexican chocolate covered crickets. Their chocolates are equally as impressive, but will run you $13 per pound. Likewise, the gummies will cost the same amount. Lolli and Pops has a lot of special flavors you don't normally find, like champagne, grapefruit, and pineapple gummy bears. If you're interested in oversized gummy bears and worms, they have those too. It's a pity how expensive their products are, though they independently source many sweets from local businesses across the US and abroad, which will elevate the price. Nonetheless, it's still an amazing store to window-shop and look around with your friends. I've had a blast every time I've visited: the staff are cordial and encourage you to sample different kinds of candies.

Talk about a kid in a candy store, woah this place is fantastic. The aesthetic of the store alone is enough to draw you in. The store is a throwback to days gone by with the candy by the pound and boardwalk style uniforms. We were assisted quickly and so thoughtfully. They encourage you to sample as they walk you between beautiful displays of chocolate and hard candies. They have sections for Japanese candies and sodas, Mexican sweet favorites and a selection of European chocolates that will make every Brit think this store is the bees knees. The glass jars are not only pretty but make for great little gifts and you can bring it back later for a refill. If you love gummy bears they have every size and shape you've ever wanted and then some. My husband said this was the best customer service experience we've had in quite some time. Can't wait to go back.

A colorful candy shop that has a boutique feel. The prices also reflect that of a boutique venue: $13 per pound. :/ Some of the other items I picked up such as a small but thick cube of fudge was around $5. There were macaroons, chocolates, lollipops, gummies, jelly beans, various flavored sodas, and even gift packages (i.e. mugs, stuff animals, etc.).

Great place to find candies... and an extensive gummy bears variety... "non plus ultra"... keep quality.

So I've always had a good experience at the other Lolli & Pops stores, this was my first time at this location. I was so excited to see one at this mall, too! Upon arrival, the appearance of the store is the same as all the rest, clean and cute. The staff at this location however, was nice, but not the usual experience of helpfulness. I had to have him change what he placed in my bag because it was not what I asked for. Once I made it home with my favorite truffles I waited patiently till after dinner to treat myself and bit into a Black Forest truffle that was full of mold!! I had to spit it out and now am afraid to eat the remaining ones, yes I purchased 6 truffles!! At roughly $4 each that's a lot of money to have spent on moldy chocolate. I'm more disappointed than mad. But still, the quality control here should be at a higher standard.

Stopped by yesterday, and the staff were amazing!! The gentleman who was working and Julia were super helpful, answering my questions and making recommendations. Will definitely come back again! On top of the great customer service, Lolli and Pops have a great variety of chocolates and macaroons. If I had any negative thoughts, it would be that there was no chocolate covered potato chips and Malvi Mallows!

I am an Alpharetta native, so when I go back home, I always stop by north point mall. I have a sweet tooth, so I always swing by to Lolli and Pops. They have an amazing selection of candy, including harder to find and international candy. In the display case are delicious macaroons and specialty chocolates. The shop keepers generously dole out samples- a small piece of the candy you'd like to try. I've bought candy by the pound here and I don't regret it at all.

There is nothing better then sweets and this store is a candy lovers dream come true. It's full of all your favorite chocolates, sour candy, gourmet popcorn, macarons and so much more. There is a large array of candy options that I'm sure you'll find some favorites from your childhood or possibly something new. There is something for everyone. This candy shop has a whimsical theme and you'll definitely feel like a kid while there. I purchased a Jumbo Swirl Lollipop for my Goddaughter and she loved it. Literally it lasted 2 days and that's because we had to convince her to save some for later. I also purchased a white chocolate and caramel popcorn. The popcorn could have been better. Maybe my opinion is slightly bias due to that fact I only eat Popcornopolis. The popcorn I purchased from Lolli & Pop seem to be a little stale or it could just the type of caramel that was used. Either way, I felt like it wasn't worth the $15 I paid for it. I'm looking forward to going back and hopefully I'll see you there!

Good selection of candy. Lots of Asian brands and crazy gummies. We loaded up a basket full of stuff to take on our weekend adventure.

The employee was sitting down behind the counter just ignoring everyone who came in so quite literally the store was not being monitored and a few other customers mentioned how it would be easy to take. I wanted some gummies and went over to their selection but you can tell it is not maintained. Lots of stale gummies and or empty bins. It was rather disappointing. Once I was ready I was at the counter for about 12 minutes and I kept looking at the employee to see if they would come over. Eventually I said excuse me and he got up very annoyed. Didn't even greet me, tons of attitude and mumbled my total so low I couldn't hear it and had to rely on the screen for my price. I said thank you and he just ignored me and went back to his seat to completely ignore the other customers. It is pretty unfortunate that this location has such awful service.

My recent experience on a Sunday evening (5:22 PM, to be exact) was not just disappointing--it was a glaring example of systemic indifference and selective engagement that has no place in retail, let alone a family-friendly establishment. From the moment my excited little one walked in--freeing herself from her stroller with the innocent enthusiasm only a child can muster--to the moment she proudly selected her lollipop and approached the counter, not a single employee could muster a "Hello," "How are you?" or even a perfunctory "Did you find everything okay?" Instead, the interaction was reduced to a robotic price quote, dead silence, then back to their conversation. No warmth, no acknowledgment, no effort. If the staff's exhaustion at the end of a weekend shift was the issue, then management needs to reevaluate scheduling or hire employees who understand that customer service is the bare minimum in retail. What makes this experience even more egregious is that this wasn't an isolated incident. On multiple occasions, I've noticed a pattern--certain customers are greeted warmly, while others (particularly those who look like me) are met with cold indifference. A simple "Hello" should not be a privilege; it should be standard. If your staff lacks the emotional intelligence to treat all patrons with equal respect, then your establishment has failed at its most fundamental duty. The most heartbreaking part? Watching my little one's bright-eyed anticipation wither into confusion when her simple joy was met with blank stares. Children remember these moments. They internalize them. And while she may not fully grasp the nuances of poor service or discrimination, I do--and I refuse to spend my money in a place that allows such energy to thrive. In 2025, consumers have endless options--and even more platforms to voice their dissatisfaction. If your employees lack the personality (or basic decency) to engage with customers, they have no business working in retail. And if management turns a blind eye to discriminatory behavior, then they don't deserve patronage. To Lolli and Pops at Perimeter Mall: You've lost not just my future business, but the business of my network as well. My coins--and those of my vendors--will be spent elsewhere, with establishments that understand respect, inclusivity, and the bare minimum of hospitality. To Potential Customers: Spend wisely. Your money and your energy should go to businesses that value you--regardless of what you look like or what time you walk in. "A candy store that leaves a bitter taste."
