The ingredients include pork liver pate, Chinese sausage, pork floss, Vietnamese ham, and sticky rice. Their bánh tráng cuốn (rolled rice paper- quail eggs, green mangoes, fried shallots, and rau răm) is also delicious as well. Their banh khot is extremely crispy. I got the shrimp filling. Perfect amount of filling as well. The herbs they provide are fresh and they definitely do not skimp either. I like banh khot because of how small it is. Easier to eat in my opinion. The salted fish fried rice was made to perfection. It was not over powering in flavor or in smell. You can just tell everything is made with love by how consistent their food is.
