From the beginning to the end, this company exceeds all expectations.  They truly are a one stop shop for everything marketing/business related. From initial point of contact, they really listen to what your goals are. As a business owner, I was blown away by their customer service and the processes they have in place.  I wanted to get my commercial vehicle wrapped, so they instantly connected me with their graphic designer who charged a $300 fee (which was 1000% worth it) and she drafted up 3-5 proposals and mock ups for my vehicle. I am very particular about what I want, but they were able to exceed my expectations on design. They pay close attention to detail and have QUALITY work. I ended up being so pleased with my wrap, that I ended up having them do all of my marketing material/ apparel with them. They embroidered over 50 shirts/hoodies/hats for me which all came out amazing. I have washed these shirts many times and the quality of the print and embroidering is all still good as new.  You can tell they really love what they do and customer service is what they strive for.  Visit their shop. Promises and BS with no intention to follow through. I was referred to Rocket Wraps by a friend who had a couple wraps done on company trucks that looked really great. I called and gave my info on the vehicle that I wanted to wrap and gave them a few mock ups I had done with AI to show them what I was looking for. I paid for their design team to create a graphic for me, went over everything with the designer and gave them images for my business and logo designs. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After a week with no further correspondence, I reached out to the designer to make sure they had all of the images they needed from me and what the ETA was on the graphic. No response[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Two days later I called and started what would be daily calls asking for literally ANY update at all and just a ballpark estimate for when the first draft of the graphic should be expected. Every single time I called I was told that they would contact the designer and call me back. They never once called me back[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. After 2 weeks of no updates, estimates, or correspondence of any kind (when I paid they said it would take 1 week to design), I told them if they couldn't give me at the very least an ETA by the end of the day I would want my money back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then I started getting excuses and apologies and promises.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've been with enough "working girls" to know when I'm being lied to. But they gave me a deadline, COB following day, and promised they would have it completed and would credit the cost of the design to the wrap job itself. A reach-around is common decency when you're telling someone to get bent. The next day came and went with nothing but at 5 AM the day after it was due I got an email saying they were finishing it and would be done later that day. Guess who didn't get a reach-around... At noon the day after, after 6 of their own self imposed deadlines were completely missed with little to no communication, I called and canceled everything. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I told them I wanted my money back and that it was the COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION and their inability to make THEIR OWN DEADLINES.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They still hadn't given me the first draft of the designs. But they agreed it was unprofessional and agreed to give me a refund since nothing had been done. That seems lousy but not worth a 1 star review right? BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!!! At the end of the day the designer sent over images that I can only assume were drag and drop image combinations made in MS Paint. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then Rocket Wraps blocked my phone number and my email, seriously, that's how you run your business?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Get bent jerks. Deliveries and projects have taken months longer than promised, communication has been consistently poor, and there has always been another excuse for why something could not be completed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I referred multiple businesses to this company, and every one of them was either let down or eventually went elsewhere because of the delays and lack of professionalism. I regret putting my name behind this business. The most serious issue involves approximately $10,000 paid by my insurance company for repairs to my vehicle following an accident, including repairs to the vehicle and its wrap. I no longer authorize this company to perform any work on my vehicle, no work has been completed, and I have requested that the money be returned. As of this review, they are refusing to reimburse the funds. The situation has now escalated to attorneys. Ariana has reportedly told my attorneys that she no longer works for the company, while the company continues to retain the insurance proceeds intended for my vehicle repairs. I am a disabled veteran and a small-business owner. During my dealings with this company, I heard discussions about unpaid bills, equipment problems, and financial difficulties. Looking back, those conversations should have been a warning sign. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I am sharing this review so other customers can protect themselves. Started a project with this company and had a very frustrating experience. Timelines were repeatedly missed, communication was inconsistent, and we had to follow up multiple times just to get updates. I used to recommend this place - they did a great job a couple of years ago wrapping my car at their old location. However, when my husband recently took his car for a roof wrap, it's clear that things have drastically changed from how they used to be. If I had known the risk of damage to my vehicle and subsequent repair costs, prior to my wrap experience, I would not have gotten a wrap at Rocket Wraps. Rocket Wraps recently completed a "touch up" to fix several places where the wrap on my SUV was pulling away at the edges. Rodney said it was due to poor initial installation (by a previous installer at Rocket Wraps) and they would be willing to work on the edges to improve the appearance. They offered to complete this at no charge even though I contacted them 6 months past the one-year installation warranty period. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ariana called last Thursday afternoon at 2:45pm to let me know the work on my car was done and it looked much better and was "all set", and I said I'd pick it up the following day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The technician pulled my car out of the garage bay, and before I began driving, I noticed a "check engine" icon. I asked the technician as well as the two representatives working in the office if they knew why the check engine light was appearing. They all said they didn't know anything about it and the technician dismissed me by saying "we don't do anything to the engines" as he walked away[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I immediately called the service department at the shop where I get my car serviced, while I was still in the Rocket Wraps parking lot, made an appointment and then drove straight to the shop for diagnosis and repair. I provided the written service documentation as well as a video from the service visit to Rocket Wraps. The electrical connector was disconnected inside the drivers side door while removing the drivers side door trim and mirror to fix the edge of the wrap. When this wire was not re-connected, it led to the ambient temperature sensor being unable to read, which caused air conditioning malfunctions and the check engine light indicator to appear as well as a few other electrical issues on the dashboard. Total diagnosis and repair costs were $1,019.76. The owners acknowledged that "a wire may have been left unplugged during the reassembly of the side mirror" "...which can occur when trim or mirror components are temporarily removed..." The owners stated they would not be willing to reimburse for the cost of the repair work as a result of the damage their shop caused by removing the drivers side door mirror and not reconnecting the wiring properly. They stated that they would have repaired the wiring issue on their own. However, I brought the issue to the representatives on-site that day during pick up and they dismissed it. The owners were not on-site, and their team members did not ask me to wait for the owners to arrive or offer to resolve the issue. Rocket Wraps includes language in their Vehicle Work Authorization Agreement that states they will not take responsibility for "issues arising from vehicle parts removal or reinstallation". We discussed this matter several times with one of the Rocket Wraps owners, both in person as well as via email, to provide opportunities for amicable resolution before posting this review. Please be aware of the risks associated with wrap installation at Rocket Wraps. Any small, inadvertent mistakes they make with wiring while removing and reinstalling trim pieces on your vehicle can lead to repair costs that will be your responsibility. read more

With any wrap, their may be flaws that occur overtime, and after 6 months I had an small issue with the segment of the wrap in which they fixed free of charge due to the warranty you receive with the wrap! I had several things done to my car, one being having my rims powder coated black. After I picked up my car, I felt like my tires needed to be balanced. I had it done at another shop where I discovered the powder coating was just chipping off by barely tapping it. It chipped off on all 4 rims. I express my concern to the owners at Rocket Wraps but they insisted they only do quality work. In addition, my tailgate no longer opened after I picked up the vehicle. They had changed out the back emblem on the tailgate. Another repair shop found a broken sensor in the tailgate that had to be replaced. read more

OMG where do I get started. These folks here do a great job. I just picked up my second vehicle for my pet taxi service and they outdid themselves. We started working on the design about three months ago when I received some mock ups and realized we had to change our name. Leslie and her staff were very patient with us and our changes. Once we got the name change and started the process, they made it simple. They are crazy fast responsive with questions and changes. If you're in the market, check them out. Came by for a small wrap project I wanted on my 4Runner. I was immediately greeted by Ed with a smile and a hand shake; this is simply something you don't experience these days. He took the time to come out and give me his thoughts on the work I wanted done. Without hesitation, he was honest and told me that the end result would not turn out well aesthetically. Although I was a little bummed that my "vision" wasn't coming to light that day, I very much appreciated an honest business man. So many times in today's world, businesses will take your money knowing an outcome's uncertainty while leaving the customer to deal with the aftermath.
