By the time he finished yelling my car was around about to go into the wash. I could not believe how rude he was. When my car came out the other end he was there yelling at the guys. Again I was so upset. I complained. A lady whom I am guessing is his wife apologized and offered me a free car wash when I needed it. I agreed to try again. Would you believe I went back to get my free car wash and he comes out yelling at me again. I went in to his wife and told her to pull my car out of line I had had enough of him. She apologized again and came out of the building pulling him away and trying to get him to shut up. My car was already pulled into the wash so it was too late to get it back. They washed it and she kept him inside the building till I left. I do not know what his problem is but I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! I'm sorry for her.

I emailed and they corrected it and said the next month it would be the higher amount. Today, it was an even higher amount that originally quoted in the email. I asked to cancel and get a full refund and they refused because "credit surcharges are a common practice across many industries today, as they help cover the costs associated with payment processing and other operational expenses. As such, these surcharges are non-refundable. We understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating, and we appreciate your understanding." Nowhere in any paperwork or email was I told about a surcharge for a credit card. In my initial charge, there was not a surcharge for a credit card. I am not frustrated about the price. I am frustrated that TWICE I was charged more than I was supposed to be charged. This is NOT a good business practice.
