Diane was our driver and she did a wonderful job even though we had a few hiccups along the way…read more(none of which were her fault). She drove my husband and I to the airport from Rockford to Chicago in a limo to start our honeymoon off right! She was a little late due to a terrible car accident on our road that caused traffic to be diverted. When she arrived she was apologetic for her tardiness (it was only about 10-15 minutes), she was friendly and attentive; grabbing our bags and showing us how to use the buttons in the back of the limo. The diverted traffic caused us to take a different route that added extra time and made us nervous we might be late getting to our flight. However, Diane drove safely and made good time getting us to the airport! Two weeks later on our return drive Diane picked us up in a sedan. Que hiccup number 2; one of our bags was missing. Diane waited as long as she could (She had a wedding to get to) for us to figure out what happened to our bag and what we were going to do. I ended up having to leave my husband at the airport to get my bag and take a crappy bus back to Rockford while I enjoyed the nice car ride solo. Not how I wanted to end our amazing honeymoon. However, again Diane was helpful, friendly, and we joked about my terrible luck. She drove safe and we chatted the whole way back. I was pretty upset about the situation, but she made the drive home not so terrible and lonely. Thank you! Overall, I had a great experience with limo of Rockford. The prices were good, our driver was wonderful, and the bottle of champagne they promised was waiting for my husband and I to start celebrating as soon as we got in the limo. I would definitely recomend them to my friends and family, and will use them again in the future should I need a limo/driver again!

Do yourself a favor and find a better car service for the money…read more Would give them zero stars if possible... booked a driver for a round trip from O'hare to Rockford. I made the mistake of entering the wrong expiration date on my credit card at the time of booking. When it was time to pay for the first ride the company called to let me know the expiration date was incorrect so I provided the correct information and the charge went through. All good there, I apologized for the inconvenience and paid extra fees. The night before my scheduled pickup (for the return trip) they charged my card using the wrong expiration date (rather than updating with the correct one I provided) and it obviously didn't go through. Instead of calling/texting they cancelled the trip -- at 10pm the night before. After reviewing the invoice they sent, I'm happy the charge didn't go through. They tried adding a $60 miscellaneous "waiting time" fee for a ride that hadn't even occurred yet! This fee jacked up the price from ~$150 to $225. Also, the person who left a 5 star review below (Taleb) is not a customer --they work at the company. The invoice the company provided shows this person's name as the driver. Poor service, bad rates, and rude text messages. Just do yourself a favor and book a different company.

We had about 14 girls in the group, and we needed a limo to drive us from the Rockford area to Lake Geneva and back on a Saturday night. Buff answered the phone when I called. Super-nice guy, real folksy. I don't know if it's just because I'm from Chicago where people -- especially people involved in the limousine industry -- are jerks, but Buff was very nice and helpful. How refreshing! Not your typical limo company guy! Anyway, the whole thing was very straight-forward. Buff gave me a quote on the phone. After a few days of shopping around and comparing prices, AAA Quality Limo had the most reasonable rates, so I called back and made the reservation. On the day of the party, Greg, the driver assigned to our group, called me up to introduce himself. He sounded really friendly, and I could tell that it was going to be a good night. Fast-forward to the pickup, which took place at a bar in Loves Park. Greg showed up about 15 minutes early. He was dressed in a tux -- super classy! We all loaded onto the limo bus, which was spacious and clean, and from then on the night was easy breezy. We got up to Lake Geneva safely. We got back to the Rockford area safely.
