The clinic diagnosed Abby with a disease that kills most Wheaton's. Abby is now almost 14 years old and she's fine. Yes, she's a little weaker and her back legs are weak, but she still eats her breakfast with gusto. And she walks about 1/2 mile or more every day. I wouldn't say Edina pet hospital is the cheapest vet in town, but they're doing their job and keeping my Abby alive and healthy.

After 3 days of that exam she stopped by the house to see her. She was so considerate, Thank you Dr DeJong! That was my last dog that we had to say goodbye to this last March. We now have a new puppy and a new Dr, Dr Taylor who must have bought the business she was pleasant and did not push products on us. She was honest. I want to continue my relationship with her for our puppy but just don't know her very well yet. Any input regarding her, Dr Taylor would be greatly appreciated.

Each time I've dropped my dog off it's taken about 1.5 hours until I get the call to come pick her up, so I think they start on each dog right away but I'm not 100% sure. We always book one of the first appointments of the day, so that might factor into it, too. She always comes home smelling so fresh and clean and looking prim and proper. They also always put a cute little bandana on her. The staff seem so friendly and caring, and I trust them with my pup. They offer your typical grooming services (bath, hair, nails, anal glands, etc,) but also offer more unique services like hair dye and styling. Can't recommend this small business enough!

This was last week and all this days I thought that he was going to heal but he didn't my daughter took him to animal emergency and referral center today 3/26/25 where he was checked and they found multiple cuts how in this earthy hell are you going to do that and release him with a smile pendejos idiotas how would you like it if it was your dog or better yet your own skin, God is merciful and he is the only one who will take care of my Dog and this situation, next time be more careful if you call yourself professional , for sure I will never set foot on your place. and don't reply by saying that his hair was bad and impossible to fix. don't you use scissors water, (brain) etc and better yet don't you use ointments on dogs after you do this damage.

They told me all the things that they could do, I said, okay, let's do them, and then they sent me her paperwork and told me to go elsewhere. Tragically, she ended up dying in urgent care. I DO agree that the front desk staff can be a bit unprofessional. On my most recent visit, it was a couple of minutes before I was even acknowledged. I understand that sometimes a front desk can be a bit busy when you have people checking in, checking out, the phone ringing and animals making things even more crazy. But a quick "Hi, I'll be with you in a minute" would be plenty to satisfy me in terms of customer service. I also overheard one of the front desk staff say an obscenity to another staff member. I don't think anyone was in the lobby at the time besides staff, but I heard it through the closed door of our exam room. On the plus side, I really like the vets and the medical staff of this facility. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to answer all of your questions. They don't rush you and they take the time needed to treat your pets. They are also very thorough. Even if you are there for one thing, they will notice and mention other things they see or notice. They are very patient and kind to our animals, which is appreciated. We have found their advice and care to both be spot on. They are also very good about asking me before they do something to my dogs, which I also very much appreciate as a protective pet mommy... Our 15 year-olf lab had severe hip dysplasia and was in extreme pain. Our doctor fully explained to me different treatment options and was frank with us about our dog's issues. I couldn't have asked for better care. They may cost more than some clinics in the area but the quality care you get makes it worth it.
