We were stressed and unsure how we'd get back on the road the next day. Terrence responded promptly and came out quickly despite the late hour. He thoroughly assessed the situation, explained our options clearly, and reassured us that he would take care of it. Instead of leaving us stranded, he went above and beyond. Returning the next morning he took the damaged tire back to his shop, sourcing a brand-new tire of the exact same size, and balanced, to install right there in the hotel parking lot. His professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. Thanks to Terrence, we were able to get back on the road safely and without delay. We were miles from any possible assistance especially on a Sunday evening. We called several 24 Roadside Assistance services; but no one was willing to assist. However, when we contacted NRoute, Martin answered and said he would be there within 10 minutes and sure enough he was there when he said he would be there.
