Disappointing and Not Worth the Hype I don't usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at Rockin' Jump Trampoline Park was so frustrating, I feel like others should be warned. To start, both of the fun attractions were closed, no rockwall, and no bunjee, under maintenance." That left basically one small trampoline area to jump on, which got boring fast. For the price they charge, it was incredibly disappointing and felt like a complete rip-off. The staff were extremely strict to the point of being overbearing. I get wanting to keep things safe, but they were constantly yelling at kids for the smallest things -- like 2 people jumping on the same trampoline. It killed any fun vibe the place was supposed to have. On top of that, I looked into the place afterward and was shocked to find that Rockin' Jump has had multiple lawsuits in the past related to injuries and poor safety management. Honestly, after seeing how poorly maintained and understaffed this location was, I'm not surprised. Overall, the whole experience was boring, overly controlled, and completely underwhelming. Save your money and find a better indoor park that actually puts effort into safety and fun. We won't be going back -- ever. read more

Came in for a birthday party.. After we had cake, my kids wanted to go jump so we went back down. Immediately, a member of the staff came up to me and scolded me for coming down, told me the party ended and I had to take my kids back upstairs and they weren't allowed to jump anymore and we had to leave the jump area immediately. She was extremely rude and could have been a lot nicer about it as I had no idea my kids were not allowed back down. This was literally 2 mins after the party end time. Mind you there were other kids that were at the party we were at still jumping around. Rude staff and not a kid friendly place even though it's geared towards kids. We had an amazing time at this trampoline park from start to finish. The facility was clean, bright, and well organized, making it easy to jump right in. Staff members were friendly, attentive, and always focused on safety without ruining the fun. There were plenty of activities for all ages, from open jump areas to dodgeball and foam pits. It was the perfect place to burn energy, laugh nonstop, and create memorable moments with friends and family. We will definitely be coming back again soon. read more

Was entertaining my nephew and his friend for an afternoon. Took them to the Park with a friend of his for the afternoon. They had been here once before, but was a first time for me. Great place for kids to burn off a lot of energy and have fun. Lot's of Do's & Don'ts. Requires a waiver. So, play at your own risk. They offer tickets for one-time or memberships. If you think you will go three times, it is much cheaper to acquire a membership. We were there for an afternoon. Add-ons, special grip socks and refreshments add up quickly. They require you to buy special socks. Not all areas, (rock wall, bungee jump, zip line and wipe out areas), are included in the general play area ticket. They can also have long lines to access and are relatively small play areas. While the play area was pretty clean, the sitting area was quite trashed and floor sticky from spills. Hard to find a clean area to sit down and change socks or eat your refreshments from the concession stand. General play area was quite chaotic with little ones running all over the place. They were definitely having a great time. TIP: Save time standing in line by using their web site to buy your tickets & take care of the waiver. read more

Rockin Jump Dublin made my son's birthday party an effortless success! From the minute I walked in I didn't have to worry about anything, they took care of the guests, the gifts, the party room and the food. They made it possible for me to interact with the other parents and enjoy the birthday party with my son. The staff was friendly and attentive, the party room was clean, and the kids had a blast. The rock climbing wall, bungee jumping, the high jump pit made this trampoline park different than others we've visited. The pizza, chicken fingers and fries were very good and everyone seemed to enjoy that as well. read more

We attended a birthday party with our preschooler. The party included pizza and all activities at the event space. Our daughter loved the bungee jump the most. She was a little timid getting started on the trampolines, but once she gained confidence, she had a blast! We are considering having her next birthday party here! read more

We booked a "basic party" here and it was incredibly unorganized. Luckily our party host Griffin was a gem and the girls who checked us in/checked us out for the party were nice too. The issue was the general manager. After making our kiddos get off the trampoline 45 minutes into jumping, because "our room was ready", I was bummed for my son and his friends. i sent them back down and they weren't allowed to jump even though we had ten minutes left. We didnt get pizza or drinks until 610 and it was RAW in some spots. i already talked to the manager to let him know that the jump time incident was frustrating, i paid $300, let our kids jump for an hour. the pizza incident internally sent me over the edge. The response from the manager when i gave him feedback "what do you want me to do theyre teenagers, we have 500 kids checking in...wrong wrist bands were given out". (mind you there was one other party checking in and about 15 jumpers in the whole park) Terrible response and it lead to unnecessary confrontation. He told me he was going to consider helping the situation but could see "things werent going anywhere" (???) i had to walk away because i was not about to be gaslighted by this man. After the pizza incident, he made an executive decision to offer free passes and icees for our group. i appreciated the gesture but the whole incident was just underwhelming and i was embarrassed the way it turned out. i was looking forward to this surprise to my son for months and the experience completely fell short. There are other trampoline parks available, i would recommend going elsewhere read more

Absolutely terrible experience. We showed up ready to have a good time, but they wouldn't let us jump since we are 15 and I guess you need to be 16 to jump without a parent. To make it worse, they refused to give us a refund. The staff was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about customer service. Total waste of time and money. Tonight was a NIGHTMARE. My son Jason Robert Finney has been working relentlessly on chores to save up money. Tonight he asked, "Daddy, can I go to Rockin Jump?" I said yes expecting a fun daddy-son time. To our surprise they didn't let him jump because he was under 15. We tried to talk to the management ment staff and they kept denying our pleads to let Jason bounce! In the end, we left with some tears and 0 bounce time. To say what everyone is thinking, what the *bleep* is wrong with this establishment? Shame out you, next time don't waste my precious gas money! My 2002 Honda Accord has never been under this much stress as we drove 2 hours all the way from Dayton OH. Can I get a GO FLYERS in here, am I right? Really just wasn't impressed with this place at all. They only let one kid at a time jump on the trampoline which I've never seen. Definitely make sure your kid wants to jump bc you won't get a refund. Apparently they just can't do it. Not at the register or corporate, they will only offer a free jump when let's be honest that place is a no. And the people at the food counter are not there half the time and they ask you to give them a 5 star for a free slushie but makes a lot of sense now. On top of all that, The girls at the front desk; although very nice, didn't know basic answers to questions. The sitting area was gross. Trash everywhere and over flowing. Rockin jump is my favorite place to go on the weekend!!! The workers are very kind and patient and sigma. The place is well cleaned and the snacks are also very good. I would recommend everyoen to check it out. People from the ages 3-75 would have fun here. Overall this place is so much fun and I reccomend to all. read more

Everyone from the moment we got in was so nice and patient with us. Incredibly nice staff who never acted annoyed. We spent a while at the rock wall which was very fun and not super easy. The bungee jumping was really fun. There was a variety of activities which was really nice because just jumping can get boring. We got a great deal $20 for an all day pass with everything included. It is very pricey for what you get. Half of the areas are either closed or you have to buy extra tickets or all day passes (the cool areas like the rock wall, zip line, bungee jump, wipeout). Other areas were also closed for no apparent reason like the drop zone. For $22/pp for 90 minutes you would think you could do more than just have a couple open jump areas. During our time they even closed more areas for "cleaning". There are other open play places that offer more so was really disappointed in this one. read more

Had a birthday party here for my granddaughter on a Sunday afternoon. Our party host Jack was great, very friendly and attentive. However the whole party experience wasn't the best. We weren't really given any direction or greeted when we arrived. We had to ask for everything, staff was all young and a little chaotic. For what you pay for the party it would be so much better to have access to the party room for the entire time, not just the last 45 minutes. Not everyone attending is there to jump and it really leaves no place for parents, grandparents, etc to hangout and watch the kids having fun. With that being said, so many fun activities to do, massage chairs for the grownups, they even organized a dodgeball game with the kids. The upstairs was very dirty, especially the bathrooms. But again the place was being ran by teenagers, so they're probably overwhelmed on the weekends. We would definitely attend again, just probably not for a party . read more

I am extremely disheartened about your policy that requires a significantly disabled teenaged patron who requires 1:1 support in order to access your facility pay MORE than other patrons. My 16-year old child requires full support in her daily life, has multiple disabilities and has aides to help her all day. We have a note from her doctor explaining that she needs 1:1 assistance. Every other business we frequent here in central Ohio makes this accommodation for her disability without it charging us extra for her aide to be there to ensure her safety and that she is able to participate. Lifetime Fitness does this, Zoombezi Bay, the zoo, Dublin rec center, Get Air in Hilliard all allow an aide without paying a surcharge. Our daughter loves your facility. I would have liked to continue to provide business to you and encourage others to as well. This policy, however is completely discriminatory and is unacceptable. read more

Bad service and wouldn't refund me my money when I had change due. They also didn't clean their tables when plenty of staff was available to do so. They have toddler time (Rockin' Tots) in the morning when they open. This place is clean and the employees are nice. Good place for the kids to get their energy out and fun for parents too. The only reason I've given it four stars instead of five is because the locker machine has been broken and unavailable during our visits making it difficult to secure things like keys and wallet (jumping with them is no fun). read more
