Buckeye Bounce (Fit Jump class location)
    Heather A.

Okay WOW! Thank you, thank you, thank you Groupon! I probably would have never found out about this place without you and I am so glad I did! I purchased the 10 class-pass with an interest in the Fit Jump class they offer. Don't be fooled by the website homepage- this is NOT a just-for-kids-bounce-house where, as an adult, you'd feel foolish going. Now if you crashed one of the birthday parties then that might be the case, but keep reading if you're interested in a unique, challenging and full-body workout... As soon as I walked into Buckeye Bounce I was greeted enthusiastically by Julie at the front desk AND my inner child who was literally aching to forgo the registration process and just dive into the foam pit (see picture...who WOULDN'T want to do that!??) But alas, I contained her and Julie assisted me in redeeming my groupon. While that was a headache in itself ('We're sorry for the inconvenience but Groupon is temporarily down...') Julie never displayed frustration and encouraged me to go ahead and get changed and that we'd sort it out after. Upon arriving, they issue you with a pair of shoes (wrestling shoes..?) and lead you to the area that looks like an alien alternate universe where when you fall, you literally bounce right back. Stephanie, our instructor, was an ultra-encouraging ball of energy that kept everyone motivated and moving in a circuit-type workout rotating among the land o' trampolines every 30 seconds. This was one full-body workout that was disguised as fun but left me drenched from head to toe. I cannot wait to go back! Now granted, it is a bit further out if you live in the Grandview area like I do, but it is SOOOOO worth it if you are looking for something a bit outside the norm to spice up your workout routine, get kicked in the ass, leaving feeling like you achieved something really cool, and then not be able to move for 3 days afterwards (all signs of a good workout in my book!!). Who knew a place that looks like it screams 'fun-not-serious' could be so hardcore!

$3.20 cents for a single Gatorade seems a little pricey even for Powell. Just saying bring your own drinks. Plus use the Groupon

Over priced and use a Groupon. Kids are nice that run it very clean. They do let to many people in at times. Overall positive but like skyzone better

My 6 year old son and I went to Urban Air Dublin for a friend's birthday party on March 28th, a…read moreSaturday, at 4pm. We were having a great time. My son was really enjoying the Sky Rider attraction. He had ridden it 3x in the first hour we were there. After his first ride the staff stopped him and told him he couldn't ride again until he got back in line which didn't make sense as other kids were repeatedly hot lapping and riding again and again. Regardless, we followed the rules and each time we took off the harness and returned later so others could have a turn. They only had so many youth (red) harnesses so it made sense to me. But this place is getting a 1 star rating because of what occurred next. My son was standing in line with other kids waiting for red harnesses to be returned. The staff was not managing the return of harnesses at all. Kids were again repeatedly getting off and back on right in front of us and the staff. So I took it upon myself to start stopping and asking children who were exiting the ride to return the harness so other kids could ride. I think spme of the staff, one man in particular, did not like that I asked a little black girl to give up her harness. She resisted at first but i explained the rules to her as I understood them and she did eventually return her harness reluctantly. She had ridden 4x in a row at that point so it only made sense to ask her to return hers. Eventually it was my son's turn to ride for the 4th time. The young male employee who saw what transpired decided to measure my son even tho he had ridden before and then decided to tell me, "he is too short." I replied respectively, "the staff let him ride 3x already" but he did not give in. I proceeded to ask for the manager and another employee who wasn't even involved, in a green t-shirt and glasses, rushed to the office. The manager on duty was named P.C. He never even apologized to me or my son. He spoke with the staff member who wasn't even involved in the situation, in his office briefly, before even speaking to me or hearing my side of the story. He came out, evaluated my son's height himself and proceeded again to agree with the staff member that he was too short stating, "its a safety thing". What PC doesn't know is that my son has to be 48 inches to drive a go kart at K1 Speed in Hilliard and he does so every week routinely. Eventually the manager gave me a refund in cash. Sadly, he didn't even hand it to me personally. He gave it to another mother in our group to return to me. This establishment's staff is down right immature and inconsiderate. Seventeen year olds should not be allowed to run an establishment like this with kids. My family will never return to this establishment and neither should you.

lots of fun things for kids however very rude staff…read more everyone working here was in their teens or twenties and very poor on customer service!
