Cons - The ice chest on the bus is a little bit small - so definitely recommend bringing your own! Not allowed to eat on the bus, but this is probably why the bus was so clean too! That level of service carried over to most of the staff on the boat, making the experience even more enjoyable. During the event, I was introduced to Paul, who was seated with a group of friends. He was introduced to me as the boat owner and came across as relaxed and not at all pushy--qualities I appreciate when considering a business, especially since part of my motivation for attending was to explore options for my birthday celebration. Unfortunately, Paul's friends left a negative impression. A couple of them outright refused to acknowledge me, turning away when a gentleman attempted to introduce me. Others made inappropriate jokes about my accent in a condescending and offensive manner. One individual even made vulgar comments, implying that Paul should get my phone number to discuss event planning details later, which was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. While the event itself was enjoyable, the boat ride interesting, the behavior of those around the boat owner and the fact that the boat owner never replied to my text message trying to discuss my event, was disappointing and detracted from my overall experience. This experience left me with a negative impression of the boat's management, and I strongly feel that they are not welcoming to immigrants. The group consisted of older white men whose behavior was filled with prejudice and hostility. And for that reason I felt compelled to post a review discouraging people like me- and those against this type of behavior - to stay away and make better choices. We can use our money to invest in a much better experience elsewhere I left the boat traumatized and truly disgusted by those old men behaviors. Do better!

Depending on how many people you have and what kinda of car you want, they will tote you around in a shuttle bus, a limo, or even a stretch hummer. What is sooo cool about this company, is that they are so laid back about every event you schedule with them. They will let you bring ungodly amounts of food and booze on the bus or limo and you can get as loud and unruly as you want, as long as you don't puke in the vehicle. Last year got a little rowdy and alll the girls ended up pole dancing in the shuttle bus! We always bring party trays of sammiches, cheese n crackers, and lots of easy to drink beverages, like box wine or premade mixed drinks. We have them pick us up at my house at 10 am and they bring us back at 6. And in that time we are usually able to visit 5 wineries. When you call to set this up, talk to Bob. He will visit with you on the phone for a long time, finding out where you want to go and making recommendations on new places. He is a real sweetheart. The drivers have always been very helpful also in recommending places and in general by putting up with our drunken behavior i.e. pulling the limo into a convenience store to pee several times in route...... One more kindness they extended to me this year. We had reserved the airport shuttle style bus again as we had 10 people on our tour and low and behold pulling up in front of my house was the stretch hummer. I was a little nervous about a mixup but they said not to worry, the bus had a flat that morning so we just got upgraded....now that thing was pimped out! Blue running lights inside, nice stereo system (I bring my own cd's), and glasses and cups lining the backs of the seats. Only problem with the hummer is it is kinda difficult to get in and out of for older people or anyone with a gimpy leg. Only 2 back doors and a steep step down. Gotta crab walk if you are sitting near the front. Small regrets compared to a great day of hangin with my peeps, sampling wine and enjoying our hill country.

Their pricing is dramatically better than all the other companies I researched. When they showed up, they arrived with the stretch hummer limo - free upgrade due to an issue with the shuttle radio from the party the day before. Drive showed up almost right on time. Our driver was nice, knowledgeable and all the part-goers were very pleased. I highly recommend you visit the wineries n a Sunday instead of a Saturday. We visited 6 wineries and had the place to ourselves at most wineries. In contrast, when I've gone on a Saturday, the wineries were overwhelmed, which meant you received no personal service and had to wait in lines - and thus you visit less wineries. Sundays and Bluebonnet Wine Tours are the way to go.

In Austin for SXSW and had an awful experience with one of their riders, to the point that I'll…read morenever use this service again. I'd been using Uber for most of my trip to get from one session to the next, and have had nothing but positive experiences. In this case, I needed to get from the Hyatt Regency to the Long Center, an 8 minute walk according to Google Maps. I was in a rush to make my next session, checked Uber and the fare estimate was $3. I saw a Pedicab rider nearby and figured I'd give them a go, instead of waiting for a car, since the venue was so close and I hadn't used them before. When I jumped in the Pedicab, there were signs that clearly state that the riders work for tips only. The rider did not say hello, mention anything about rates (since the 'tips only' signs are clearly marked), was not friendly and started blasting obnoxiously loud music while I was trying to make a quick call to a colleague. When we arrived - less than 5 minutes later, most of which was spent waiting on a traffic light - I gave the rider $5 (more than Uber estimated, and what I thought was fair) and said thank you. He proceeded to tell me how, "I normally charge $10 for that ride" in which, confused, I pointed to the sign that clearly states the rider works for tips only. He said, "Yeah, but I charge $10." Obviously this is a violation of Pedicab policy, or he would have given me the rate BEFORE I got in, and not AFTER we'd already arrived. Still confused, I told him that I could have used Uber for $3, to which he rudely and loudly responded in front of other convention goers, "Yeah, well I'm not Uber, I charge $10!"...again, despite the clearly marked 'tips only' policy. He was absolutely right. He was not Uber. He was slower. Ruder. Did not have AC. And, unlike Uber - where their drivers actually care about the perception and reputation of the company that they're representing - he was unprofessional and dishonest...so it makes perfect sense that he should charge over 3x what a car service charges. How silly of me to think otherwise. He then went on to use profanity and insult the $5 I gave him...until he saw me using my phone to take a photo of him and the number to call for complaints, to which he quickly rode away like a coward who did not want to be held accountable for literally demanding money from riders and clearly violating Pedicab policies. He was riding cart #30, at roughly 4:30 pm on March 14, 2015. If the Pedicab company cares about the way their riders treat customers while representing them, they can contact me and I can furnish a photograph of this class act and model employee who should immediately be fired / not permitted to represent the company. I will say, however, that other Pedicab riders that I have encountered in Austin have been VERY friendly and polite, which is why I decided to use them in this instance. But this experience left me with a massively negative impression. I understand that the riders who cart people around are physically exerting themselves; but to claim that that service is worth 3x more than sitting in a comfortable and air conditioned car? And yelling at customers, demanding more money? Please.
