They also have a deli that cranks out sub sandwiches. The deli uses a paper-ordering system. Write your name and your selections (meat choice, dressings, lettuce, etc) and your name and they make to order. They are not skimpy on the meats and cheeses, which was nice. My bread, though, was dry so I ended up just eating the meat and cheese. On the day I visited they also were serving pulled pork sandwiches as a special. I like supporting non-chain restaurants. They have outdoor seating but none indoors. I guess you'll have to eat in your car during the winter or take your Sammie to go.

They do have some unique stuff, like locally pickled jalapeños and garlic, some meat, etc. A lot of the cheese they sell can easily be found at a regular store in Denver but, of course, at a muuuuch higher price. I understand it's a pretty remote location, which means tons of added costs. So disappointed also I was with my undercooked "rotisserie chicken" and the once beloved brown sugar butter sauce of theirs was sour. When asked if they had changed the recipe, our server replied "it depends on who made it" - really?!?
