Tellers are friendly, helpful, and may actually remember you by name! The management is great and have made complex transactions easy and seamless. Gail in particular is phenomenal! I was overseas for an extended period and she called personally to verify the "unusual" account activity. Their hours are reasonable and they are part of the SUM bank network which offers no-fee ATMS for the participating banks. Phone service is quick and convenient. Furthermore, I've never felt nickel-and-dimed by this locally-owned bank. New debit card didn't get to your house? They send a new one for free. It's little things like this that make me love using Rockland Trust. Big banking ain't got nothing on them.

Friendly, professional people help you out with whatever services you may need. No one turns their head, pretending to not see you! This makes it easy to get in & get out, particularly during the pandemic. At my local branch, the interior is still locked with the lobby ATM open. Twice now, while paused in what I was doing, bank personnel have opened the door to see if I needed assistance (i did). Just opened the door without me banging on it! Like - I was a customer who needed help! The ATM gives $10 bills, the employees are helpful & courteous and they give a decent rate of interest. My short wish list is checked off at CHB!
