Despite the fact that we live over an hour and a half away from this dealership, this is definitely our go to dealership now. I had exceptional Customer service from Rick Schneider. He was able to help us by taking in my trade and hooking me up with the bike of my dreams. We were a little bit late getting there and they ended up staying after closing very graciously. This dealership is by far the best of all the ones I have dealt with in the past. The customer service from the service department was exemplary. Despite the fact that I missed my appointment by one day because I had put it in my calendar on the wrong day, John went above and beyond to take my bike and make the changes I needed. I knew that this was causing them some strife because they had to juggle my bike with the others that were scheduled that day. I didn't get the names of the couple of guys that helped us in the parts department, but again, I cannot get over the level of customer service we received from every area of this dealership. The girls are also great in the retail side. Also the gentleman who finalized our loan was of equal caliber (I can't remember his name). Overall I have zero complaints and only kudos to this dealership. I trust them with my bike, which is essentially my life because I'm a girl that rides hard and well but I don't have much desire to worry about the maintenance side. I went and bought a 2010 Fatbob. It was an excellent used bike, fun to ride, but I quickly realized it was too small for my 6'1" frame and not suitable for long distance rides. So I went back and asked Rick Schneider, Salesman Extraordinaire to help me find something for me and my girl to ride in comfort. I landed a 2008 ElectraGlide Ultra, the Cadillac of Harleys. I spend quite a bit of time hear. And this dealership will treat you like family. I have had experiences with the service and parts department. Everyone is awesome! Recently had a rough experience in service with Jimmy. But Jon and Frank have made it right so far. Although still not resolved they did tell me to bring it back in soon. So I will. Awesome family owned business. We've dealt directly with both Matt and Jim. My husband purchased a 2006 softail deluxe with a 2 year warranty. When I was ready to purchase my own bike, the owner personally took the time to find exactly what I was looking for and had it delivered in a matter of 24 hours. We ended up purchasing the bike, a 2016 Softail Slim S, and are now proud owners of two Harley Davidsons. This location is friendly, and fantastic with our kids. (They have a tv and a couch area). This place is no good, had almost 2000.00 worth of work done rear brakes were part of the service, as soon as I picked the bike up I took it for a ride to check the work, went to use the rear brakes and had NONE! Took bike right back , the service guy asked if I was in the hills ? I replied yes and he told me it was the altitude that affected the brake system, WTF are you talking about. They took the bike back in did who knows what and then I overheard the mechanic say that I was riding the rear brake . Hey dude how the fuck can I do that if I don't have any brakes?!!!!. When you find out that a business treats someone you know worse than dirt - especially a family owned business - it's time to finally let the world know that it's not okay to take action and have the person addressed. The owners of this business need to take note that it's not okay to talk to their clientele as if they don't matter and realize that there are other options for people to go to. Always remember that the customer is right and that customer experience goes a long way and while I may not have been the customer affected by what happened - I would have been a consumer to your business who now will seek to go to another place to do business because of the word of of a customer who was very dissatisfied by the way your leadership and management treated him.
