I feel so bad in forgetting to post the excellent work that Lap Lee did in redoing master bath. They returned small shower into a nice closet with shelves. They tore out a non functional garden tub and put in a large walk-in shower with plenty of accessible handles. Replaced sink, vanity, toilet, and flooring! They did a great job. I was so impressed with them that they will be doing my guest bathroom next week. Their work was great and their estimator was fantastic and responded promptly to my inquiry.

Serenity homes also had something else that the others didn't, they are a manufactured home dealer as well as a general contractor. This makes everything much easier when customizing and more importantly the cost, especially when dealing with one contractor instead of multiple. We saved over 30k going with Serenity Homes. Every other dealer up charged for the concrete foundation, whereas it is standard for Serenity homes to include the concrete foundation. Their guys are very professional and went the extra mile with everything. We are very happy with Serenity Homes / Matt Jaeger Construction and think you should seriously consider them when shopping for a new home. Highly Recommended! We had our home leveled two years prior, and I knew it was time for another. Jonathan arrived on time, calling prior to make sure someone was home. He inspected the inside of the home, listened to all of our concerns, viewed the concerns for himself, and promptly went to work. He made a detailed review of what needed to be done and additional quotes on what he noticed and recommended being performed. At no time were we surprised by price (which was incredibly fair) and we took the recommendations to heart and will have them taken care of by NorCal Mobile in the future. Our home feels safe and stable again and everything my wife pointed out was addressed and fixed. Thank you gentlemen! 10/10 and Highly Recommend. A couple of years ago I ripped the corner off on a bbq grill. I was freaking out because it was some major damage. He had me send pictures of the damage and talked me through possible repair scenarios. When he arrived a couple of days later to repair it I already knew what to expect and there were no surprises. It didn't have to sit in a shop lot for a month and the price was not only fair but far less than I expected. He has been my first call ever since. A big plus is that he is also a very nice guy.

I was called by my manager here at the park and she was in need of a mobil rv repair. I recommend Tim at Butler and she called him for a appointment. He gave her a appointment in three days than before thar appointment he called and said he could be there ASAP due to a cancelation in the area. Tim came out spent 15 minutes due to no battery power. Told my manager that once the batteries are charged to call him back. For that he charged $200.00 dollars. I called him because I recommended him and told him that the price he charged was outrageous and he said that he has to eat also. I guess he really doesn't care about the elderly.
