If you're…read moreconsidering moving here, please keep in mind that some of those reviews are quite old, and they do not at all describe the conditions here. First of all, you do NOT get only one gallon of water a day to flush toilets. There are occasional water shut offs, I presume because the system is old and needs regular maintenance, but these shut offs are temporary and happen only once every one or two months at the very most. You are also notified about these shut-offs well in advance. The landscaping here is gorgeous, my neighbors are friendly and very quiet, and the whole place is incredibly clean. There's also a very pretty little lake onsite that is no more than a quarter mile +- from any of the lots, and you can enjoy plenty of fish, turtles, ducks, geese, and turkeys. The rent is a little high, but it reflects the high quality of the grounds and the amenities. If you're a senior and are considering a mobile home park, I think this is probably the best this area has to offer. Come by and see for yourself!

Backed up sewer problems, broken 6-inch main pipe that was always repaired with a Band-Aid, constant gas leaks, electrical problems with safety lights and new section where they turn off at night for no reason, Dated clubhouse, most mobile homes by the clubhouse flood on a yearly basis I happen to live in space number one we had 18 inches of water running under our mobile home and now in the middle of the street due to the fact of and proper maintenance of the pumps that were supposed to pump it out,there was a lot of other issues but I don't want to go into too much as most people will figure that out on their own. The park seems to be very cliquish people did not like my mother nor did they like me they told me I did not belong in the park several times because I was under the age of 55 even though my name was first on the title and even California law states that 55 or older Park can have 20% that are under the age of 55 as long as they are living with somebody that is 55,but just be forewarned if you have grandkids or adult children they will not be very welcomed in this park not to be rude but it is very true.the park management and owner would always find a way to force you to move if they did not like you the best thing that they liked was when you would just get up and leave the mobile home & sign it over to them then they could do all the repairs on The moldy walls and what not to hide all the imperfections of the mobile home and turn around and sell it and make money again off of it.now I cannot speak for the new manager I have been told that she is very good at her job and everybody seems to be much happy with her and her performance.however I can tell you when I live there we went through several management,and there was usually a average of 20 to 25 people in there that had their mobile home for sale but most people could not get really market value as because of the rent amount, the rent is one of the highest mobile home parks in town it is now $800 a month on top of that you pay water, sewer, lights, cable, gas, phone ect.... It was very hard for managers to be able to get a vendor to come out and do the work unless they were paid in cash that day as many vendors were not paid by the owner or property Management the owner doesn't really care about nothing other than the money that is going in his pocketusually even if there was dangerous or inhabitable problems he would always find a way to put a bandaid on it to fix it instead of fixing it the proper way.I personally would not recommend buying a mobile home or buying a mobile home and putting it in this park you probably will in the find yourself not being happy after you do but that's just my opinion thanks for reading my review and have a great day

The space rental system has changed since I moved, and I don't know if that affects the amenities offered, or not. I would love to move back to Cordovan Mobile Homes Estates!

The clubhouse is really nice too. Paulette is a great no-nonsense manager and makes sure the residents follow the park rules. Tommy is the most helpful park superintendent you'll ever meet. Besides a great location this Mobile Home Community is Safe and very clean (not junky) over 55, and accepts long term RV'ers. The residents are friendly and give this park a real sense of community, I couldnt ask for a better location or community to be a part of!
