Just moved out of the dirtiest and most broken down trailer in this community. Home owners are…read moreallowed to live in unsanitary substandard units that are not up to code and haven't been in compliance with Sacramento County Code Enforcement for years. The community rules are a joke as they are applied to some residents and not others. For example, recently an incident of domestic violence occurred in this community. The owner is allowing the perpetrator to stay there because he is friends with the perpetrator's brother. Yet, others have been kicked out for much less severe "rule breaking." Other aggressive and violent men are also allowed to stay including one man who hates cats and regularly shoots at them with a BB gun or will put cat poop on your car or porch whenever he feels like it. A lady who thinks she is a manager says to everyone "If I didn't see it or hear it, it didn't happen.". There are several other ongoing code violations from overgrown shrubbery behind some trailers that create a fire hazard to other problems that could easily be fixed but are never done until someone complains. But if you complain, they retaliate by harassment. A senior community is supposed to be safe. This one is not. Thank goodness Yelp allows real people to post real reviews that are informative and educational.
