    I don't really know where to begin:…read more Professionalism, Follow-up and Follow through of services, Communication, and this starts from the leadership down to the home-health aid for the care of your family members. My mother was without care for 48 hours with first aid sent from Mir Home Care. No communication. Contact Abdul (manager) seem to have no real concern or knowledge of what is transpiring only to make excuses of services not being provided. Then spoke with Faqeer (Abdul manager) apologize and advised to address it. New aid female(70 year old home-health aid) was assigned to assist my mother that arrived late daily. Friday & Saturday didn't arrive until after 4pm schedule for morning 10am. Consistently expressed she was not advised or aware of care needs (meal preparation - cooking, reheating, etc / laundry/ bathing/ assisting with putting on clothes). Female aid advised of her religion not to prepare food she doesn't eat, she will not touch or prepare. Also due to her age can't assist with bathing. Wasn't very accommodating. Advised to leave mother keys and gate card on her counter and left. It is now Sunday no aid no return call from company no responses. For an entire week my mother missed breakfasts & lunches due to late or no arrivals. Baths due to late or no arrivals. Do not recommend this company at all for the care of your loved ones. Was very hopeful with services after speaking with Faqeer and him advising to address the concerns from previous aid and manager communication. However services to patients from aid didn't change (still late arrivals no show, missed meals etc) and communication (leadership) didn't change

They did provide pizza for lunch - at my age I can't eat doughy pizza. They provided sodas as well as bottled water. I always expect these lunches to be better than they are. I'd prefer donuts and coffee instead. But that's me. Other seniors seemed to enjoy it. It's hard to rate them any higher with a one-sheet handout and a quick presentation. But they seem to be okay. Both Joe and Allis welcomed us and spent a great deal of time sharing their vision and commitment to their residents. We brought mom back for a visit and she immediately fell in love with them and the facility. Their warm and caring personalities made mom feel very secure and they immediately became friends. When move in day came, mom was anxious but at ease with how smoothly it went. She settled in almost immediately. Both Joe and Allis are exceptional people who care deeply for their residents. As mom began to have physical difficulties, they knew what to do and how to respond to every need. Mom often said how secure she felt and how much she loved being there. Our family was extremely pleased with everything that they did for mom. If you are looking for a safe, supportive, involved care center for your loved one, we can without hesitation recommend Hamilton Mill Senior Care. They are awesome !!

I visited very frequently and the place was always spotless and the staff was so personal, loving and attentive. Even when nobody was around my grandmother would tell us how much she loved the people there and she felt like this is where she belonged. On the day we had to say goodbye to my grandmother the owners and staff were not only there for my grandmother but for us the family as well. One of the assistants made a point to tell us she loved her and to make sure we knew her favorite song. That spoke volumes to me about the personal relationship my grandmother had with them. This home and the people that run it felt more like family than a business. I will always be grateful for them.

This tour takes you to a lot of places in Midtown that I would've never seen before but now I want to experience these places as well. I've never been to Piedmont Park and I will be going back to visit. But the tour guy was amazing. He knew a lot on the tour and I will say he knew all of our names. It's hard to learn one person's name, but having to learn that seven people that were on the tour and being correct every time it was impressive. They give you a helmet and teach you from the beginning how to ride, slow down, come to fast stop so you are comfortable before you even start the tour. I absolutely enjoyed every moment of it. I highly recommend you take this tour if you're ever in Atlanta.

    This is my first and only negative review. It takes a lot for me to do this. We had a very…read moredisappointing experience with this company. Our group of four booked a Segway tour weeks in advance and arrived as scheduled, only to be told upon arrival that the tour could not proceed because their tour guide was unavailable that day. We were informed that they had attempted to notify us the day prior, while we were in transit, but no meaningful effort was made to ensure we actually received that message. A voicemail was left while in transit that only gave the name of the person to call back. We did respond message the company back but no message of details was sent to us. There was no information given us that the tour had been cancelled and there was no effort by the company to call us back this morning to indicate the tour was canceled. Instead this company allowed us to show up. When we showed up this morning, the office was dead quiet. The one staff easily could've contacted us before we arrived, to have allowed us to make alternate plans. As a result, we showed up expecting a confirmed booking. While an apology and refund were offered, that is the minimum one would expect in this situation. There was no attempt to find a replacement guide or propose an alternative solution, despite the significant inconvenience caused. What was most concerning, however, was how the situation was handled. As we calmly discussed next steps among ourselves, we were unexpectedly told that we were making the staff member, Sammi, "uncomfortable". Despite the fact that even though we were highly disappointed we remained polite and measured. We were then asked to leave, and the door was locked behind us, which felt offensive as well as entirely unwarranted given our demeanor. She should've called us that morning and if anything that would possibly be why she was uncomfortable because of her own mistake. Our disappointment was warranted and we were not in any way aggressive, moreover never have any of us been called that. It's preposterous that her mistake, resulting in our disappointment and regrouping could be attributed with making her uncomfortable. She could have a higher tolerance for customers and customer service vs blaming validly disappointed customers for frustration which she caused. We are reasonable, respectful customers and simply expected clear communication and a basic level of customer service. Unfortunately, neither was demonstrated here. I would not recommend relying on this business if your plans depend on them.
