Instead, I ended up ordering online and had the present mailed directly to my friend. At checkout, there was a box where I was able to enter a message, and all I wrote there was "Happy Birthday!". I expected that message to appear somewhere on the shipping label (as I've seen other places do), but no. Throughout the day of their grand opening celebration they had a craft event, hot chocolate bar, and wine tasting. We stopped by for the wine tasting and also entered a raffle. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They had some really cool balloon displays throughout the store and have plans for more in-store options and ways to help you have them at your own party.
