Updating my review... my wedding was last June and I'm still dealing with Rockstar Entertainment giant mess up. Daniel was a nice guy but at the time, he offered a package with photography services. He and the photographer (his wife) separated right before our wedding. They assured us everything would remain professional. It was a week before our wedding so I didnt have time to hire someone else. I wont get into a lot of detail, but his photographer showed up late. She missed the entire ceremony. Took horrible, blurry, off center, unfocused pictures when she finally got there. Left our reception right after the grand entrance. I had to fight to get any of my pictures WELL after the time promised, like months and months after the wedding. I still dont have them all. Unprofessional. Daniel did not make this right. He continued to tell us we have to deal with the photographer. Who, to my understanding was living out of her car and on drugs. By the way when she did finally show up to my wedding, she was in tennis shoes, a pair of shorts with a RIP in them, messy hair and a tank top. It was humiliating at our formal wedding. Being that Rickstar entertainment offered and provided her services, he should have done something about this. They even got into a noticeable fight during our reception dinner. IT IS ILLEGAL TO BREECH A CONTRACT and that is exactly what was done. We paid the money, and got NOTHING we were promised. Every bride dreams of those wedding pictures, and thanks to rockstar entertainment, I'll never get that back! PROCEED with caution if hiring. This wasnt right, to deliberately treat us so horrible. We hired Daniel for an annual family and friend 4th of July party. We had about 70 guests ranging in age from 2 to 90. Daniel came to the venue in advance to check out where he would set up and work out all the details. He arrived on time and set-up efficiently.
