After a digital registration process, an artistic tattoo of choice was picked out with an agreed price. The shop has a minimum price of $150.00 for a tattoo and climbs based on size and complexity. The merch section had some cool shirts and caps which had some funny sayings and displayed the Inked Key West name. Let me be clear, this not a miscommunication, and it was not a minor mistake. This was a complete failure to follow clearly written instructions. There is absolutely no excuse for permanently putting incorrect information on someone's body when it was handed to you in writing. Because of this negligence, I am now left with a tattoo that is wrong and will require additional time, money, and emotional stress to fix after already being out $400 for this monstrosity. This could have been avoided with the most basic level of care or a simple verification before starting. That did not happen.
