I went to get a navel piercing a few weeks ago, and when I arrived the guy didn't seem to friendly.. He spoke very little and smiled maybe once. The first time he pierced it he couldn't get the top screwed on and was causing me quite a bit of pain. Since he couldn't get it in the first time he pulled it out a re pierced it shallower. And when I say shallower I mean to shallow. I tried to stick with it for a couple weeks but it just wasn't gonna work so I took it out. Also they should keep up with the new ways to clean piercing because he recommended dial soap, which is no longer the best way to clean the wound. read more

I don't doubt that this place is probably a good place but I went on Veterans Day so there was only one artist. He was really nice and friendly. Great conversation. But the tattoo.. idk if he was tired or what... he was a little on the older side. I have like 14 tattoos. I have my whole side done and my whole lower back going across my spine so I sit very well for pretty much any tattoo, so I know it's not bc I was moving. The lines aren't straight. He went over certain parts more than others. I could feel him go to put the needle down when he wasn't suppose to. Over all nice guy and clean shop. Just maybe not his greatest work. read more

My fiance (Michael) and I decided to get small conch tattoos on May 13th, when the shop was having a "Friday the 13th Special." I got mine on my ankle and he got his on the top of his thigh. Michael went first and his conch looked good. However, my conch shell came out AWFUL. When I was getting it done, it hurt FAR more than when I had gotten a tattoo on my other ankle in the same spot. Come to find out the guy was going wayyy too deep into my skin. I'm pretty sure we has hitting my bone. The very next day, the ink was spreading SO much underneath my skin. Not to mention the lines of my conch shell are not straight at all, uneven, and incredibly sloppy. I also have lots of scar tissue on the tattoo now. And aside from the actual tattoo itself, the service was AWFUL. Our artist was so incredibly unprofessional, cussing with friends, stalling, making us wait to have people go buy cigarettes for him, we should have just left and not gotten the tattoos at all. Got a tattoo while on vacation. I don't go on vacation much so I wanted to get something to remember it by. Wasn't sure where to go so I googled it. There are a few down here but I didn't want to go on Duval st because you will pay more just do to it being on Duval st. Pj tattooed me, (I'm sure he wouldn't remember me) I was a walk in but was still able to be in and out within 2 hours. They did a great job. Had a great experience here. Got a recomendation from a bartender on Duval St. Really good artists and atmosphere. Private work rooms for everybody, PJ and Mikey are so professional, they made us feel really comfortable. Even got to watch my favorite TV show while I got my tattoo done!
