I took my three year old for the first time ever today because her gums were sensitive and red, turns out she had an ulcer :O They were super patient with her which I totally appreciate because I know my daughter can be a handful. They gave me an oral rinse to help with the pain a bit and they even let her grab some candy/toys from the back office on our way out. I will recommend this dentistry to everyone I know :)

I've given Greenhill 3 chances and each have failed, first visits he wanted to sell me extra stuff, I only went for a cleaning and trust my teeth are one of the cleanest that come through, 2nd visits he overslept and I waited outside with the dental assistances while we waited for him, about an hour, this last visit I actually got seated on time, but after 10min in x-rays I didn't get my cleaning until an hour and a half later, just sitting in the chair with a bib. I just can't even try anymore, never been at a dentist for 2+ hours just to have them clean my teeth for 8 minutes. Go somewhere else, I refuse to continue to come here and pray my coverage let's me go back to my last dentist in Rowlett

They did not take any xrays. I expected a more thorough visit with a complete examination. I chose this office since it was kid centric but I am now having to book another appointment with my dentist for my son to ensure he has a complete review and that his dental health is really tracked.
