The team at Bowhaus was absolutely amazing - in my haste to leave town, I neglected to provide enough food for my puppy and they not only kindly called me to tell me, but they went out and purchased the puppy food that I requested. Boarding my puppy at Bowhaus was absolutely the right decision and my puppy had an absolute blast. I was able to focus on my family's tragedy knowing that my dog was well cared for. The manger didn't like her. so they dont have a groomer now.if they treat people this way why would I take my pups to them again. I will either do it my self or find someone else. The staff is wonderful, caring,loves dogs, diligent. My dog Peyton came to us as an adult rescue and had some issues. HH willingly accepted him -- he cannot be in the general dog population, and they have a program just for that! Enrichment: He plays and trains with people all day. He can't wait to go when it's daycare time.He loves it and all the staff. Makes it so much easier to board him too knowing he is getting the best care and having a good time.
