After recovery, I had back pain 24 hours a day and couldn't even stand on my feet for more than 10 minutes. Other doctors kept saying that my bones had healed and I just had residual pain and to accept it. IN 2003, I felt I couldn't take the pain anymore and needed to find a solution. I was referred to Dr. Corenman and I made an appointment. Walking through the hallways of his clinic, I realized he treated very famous athletes and expected him to be arrogant (like some doctors) I was pleasantly surprised, he was not just a nice guy, he took the time to listen and he truly cared. I still remember what he said to me once he saw my MRI "My dear child, you must be in such pain." I started to cry, finally someone that understood my pain and cared enough to do something about it.I had L5S1 fusion surgery and after rehabilitation and physical therapy, I could stand and walk with very little pain. Dear Dr. Corenman, you saved my life! after all these years, I still remember your kindness and empathy. Thank you!

They charged $500 for my 45 minute PT appointment. My insurance only covered $200 understandably so I'm left with a $300 bill. I've contacted customer service which has been no help and very rude. This company is set up to gouge both customers and insurance companies. I've never had worse customer service in my life and highly highly highly do not recommend this business. They are a perfect example of what is wrong with the medical industry today. Please do yourself a favor and boycott dirty businesses such as this one.

I asked how long the complete eye exam would take and she said it could take up to an hour. I have an 11:00 am appointment so I said that I am upset and I could not do my exam now. if this was the first time this had happened I would not have been so upset but it appears to be the norm. it certainly appears that scheduling appointments tightly and realizing maximum profits is the priority over patient care and respect.
