And my surgery and follow up appts all fulfilled even with the Glenwood Springs Canyon closed. Impressed how they handled their Glenwood and Eagle offices during this very difficult commute situation.

I asked how long the complete eye exam would take and she said it could take up to an hour. I have an 11:00 am appointment so I said that I am upset and I could not do my exam now. if this was the first time this had happened I would not have been so upset but it appears to be the norm. it certainly appears that scheduling appointments tightly and realizing maximum profits is the priority over patient care and respect. I had the frames I wanted,& she's advertised as taking Medicaid/ RMHC, & they pay for the visit,& the prescription lenses-no frills. She told me that I owed $600 if I wanted to get lenses, & was very rude & dismissive to me, & I left in tears. I immediately got on the Internet, - surprise! - I was right!! She's charging people who have Medicaid for the lenses, & visit, that's FRAUD, I ask you to go somewhere - ANYWHERE - else for your optical needs!

It was seamless they delivered to our room and picked up as we were checking out. My husband didn't need the O2 rental and was like new after IV and oxygen. Once we got there, we did a test to figure out our "energy wave" scent and it was such a cool experience. Brena was my massage therapist and she was amazing. I've had a number of massages and she was one of the best- I wish I had booked more time with her! The entire experience was extremely relaxing and peaceful. There was a wide selection of tea we could enjoy from in the relaxing area before our massage and then afterwards there was trail mix and chocolate to relax with. We also had access to the fitness center and outdoor hot tubs and pool. Highly recommend Bloom Spa and will be back again next time I'm in Vail!
