Now all my lug nuts are ruined and rounded off not only did I get charged up the butt for absolutely NOTHING I have to replace all lug nuts because their mechanic was too lazy to properly place the socket squarely on the lug nut. We live 20 miles away. We are AAA members (which paid off yesterday). I called AAA and they sent Zac's Towing and Recovery. He was so nice! He looked at the battery and it was corroded to the point the car had to be towed to Ford Service. We just had our car serviced in another State two months ago!
