We chose to rent a portable crib, activity mat, high chair booster seat, and an exersaucer. Everything was clean and in working order. We had one slight problem with the booster chair on Thanksgiving- the owner responded to our text and drove over a replacement tray ON THANKSGIVING so that we could have our little one at the table with us. I don't think it's possible to provide better service than that. It was more than easy to rent off the website, selection was nice, everything was in great condition and the quality exceeded expectations. My wife is very happy with the service. The only thing we'd do differently would be to pay a bit extra for a full-sized crib as opposed to the portable crib. Our 7 month old is a little bigger and likes to roll around/explore his space, and the portable crib was a bit small for him. This is in no way a reflection on the services provided, just our decision making as parents. We will be back in Fort Collins for many years to come, and fully intend on continuing to use Northern Colorado Baby Equipment Rental to help our family out.

The one thing I don't like about this location is that cell phone service is terrible which makes checking in on the app difficult when I arrive. Other than that, there's plenty of parking and the location is great. They have a grocery section in addition to all of the other items you'll find at a regular Target store. I also love that the app notifies you of any discounts or rewards options for purchases like get a $5 target gift card when you purchase 4 skincare or beauty products.
