My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. Giving a complete review would not be fair, yet it was obvious I was not heard when stating I had all my photos and copy of the original business card requiring some verbiage change. The huge put off was a $300 slap for art work, when it was to be the same card. This could have been a case of not hearing the customer clearly on a cell phone, or possibly over eager to sell or any other common issue when speaking for the first time on a cell at the car wash. Do not do passport photos here!!…read more I had passport photos done and they did not use the right setting for indoor portraits that mitigates skin from looking a different color - mine came out amber orange color. This is due to the lighting in the store. After looking at the photos in natural light I could see they needed to be redone. It's called " tungsten" affect and can be mitigated with the right camera setting. I requested to retake the photos and explained the tungsten setting and they refused to listen or do it without charging me another $16 when the photos clearly look bright orange. I was planning to invest $$$ on the expedited passport renewal service but they just lost my business. It's unreal how simple and cheap it is to simply redo the photos versus the way they treated my business. Never going here again.

CJ Kard in Colorado Springs is a retailer of L.O. products, and we were fortunate to have recently ordered some Save The Date cards through them. We were brain-fried after going through page after page of designs by some large corporate stationers/printers. After some discussion, CJ Kard realized we might be interested in an in-state printer who dabbled in being "green" - and L.O. was introduced. We were super excited to discover that L.O. offers a variety of paper stock with at least 30% PCW up to 100%, and their website details other Earth-good practices. We loved how all the stationery was customizable, but the cheapest way to go is to stick with existing designs and layouts. The first proof is free. Within three days after putting in our order and including the photo we wanted them to use, L.O. sent an electronic proof. We made a minor adjustment, and 7 days later, our cards arrived! They turned out better than I expected - they even look better than the proof! The colors are wonderful, the designs are crisp, and I love the feel of the paper. L.O. included envelopes for the number of cards we ordered and threw in a couple extra cards as keepsakes. After all was said and done with CJ Kard taking their share of the profits and Uncle Sam taking his, our SaveTheDates ended up being $1.48/card. We're so pleased that we're going to try to do our invitations with L.O., too. At the counter you make your requests for printing, whether they're business cards or faxes or color copies or anything else printed on paper. Chances are more than good that the gentleman you'll be speaking with is Bob Calhoon, the owner. Mr. Calhoon is quite cordial and more than willing to help you out with any questions you may have, and to see to it that your requests be met and with quality. In some ways The Quickprint Centre is cheaper than, say Kinkos, but in others they are about equal in price or ever so slightly higher, especially when Kinkos give you a discount. For instance, if you order 100 copies be printed one-sided on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets at The Quickprint Centre, it will total to about $9.74, whereas at Kinkos the same would be about $10.00. But if Kinkos gives you a one dollar discount, then it's only $9.00. Printing 100 copies of the same size on specialty paper is $15.43 and at Kinkos works out to about $20.00 and then they give you a discount, making it $19.00.

It's really just a dude in a tiny messy office in a basement. Although he was nice enough to print my document fast, he pissed me off by asking me to "come back for the bigger job next time" basically a FU to me for needing something small printed. I left feeling ashamed and embarrassed. Never again.
