As with any major purchase, we had a few questions and some issues that needed attention in the beginning. What really changed my perspective was how the company responded. Their customer service team has been consistently helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we were taken care of. The maintenance crew has also been excellent--addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and making sure our spa continues to perform as it should. It's easy to write a review when everything goes perfectly from day one. I think the true measure of a company is how they support their customers after the sale, and North Idaho Spas has earned my appreciation in that regard. The gym is big with a weight area, 3 squat racks, smith machines, and many machines available to use on the first and second floor, as well as many cardio machines. There is a small turf area on the first floor, and more stretching room on the 2nd floor with massage guns and foam rollers. The 2nd floor has a cycling room, private training area, and another multipurpose room for exercising as well, with a projector with online classes which I've never seen before! I believe there is also a Zumba room on the 1st floor, and various classes that you can take. There is a main big pool, a smaller pool for kids, and a playing area for kids. There is also a hot tub and sauna which are great! Lobby has a juice bar, and they offer towels, and have a seating area with a charging station. The bathrooms have long term and day use lockers, as well as multiple vanities with hair dryers, and of course showers. Highly recommend getting a membership here!

I bought a Stihl leaf blower from Ace Hardware almost a year ago. It's still under a 4- year warranty, for which I paid extra. I've used it 4-5 times and on its last deployment, the cord rewind mechanism failed. I brought it to Ace and they refused to repair it under warranty (I've ended my days of shopping there, for good!). I turned to the only other authorized Stihl repair shop in town, Big John's. The gentleman at the front counter was not only extremely courteous, he actually repaired the blower right then and there - no charge. I'll bring my business to Big John's at every opportunity. The cool thing is that all their products are things that are tested and if they can't stand behind the product they won't sell it. It's a family owned business that takes pride in their community. They're just off the highway tucked back up by the bridge by Woodland Park. Not hard to find. Parked out front and walked in to see about a stove. Grant it it's almost dead into the summer but no one acknowledged us when we walked in or even after looking around for um 10 minutes!! So finally after we decided on what we thought we might want I finally asked if someone could give us some details. Really? I know they carry nice brands because I did some research before stopping in but just by their customer service I'd spend our money somewhere else if that's how we might get treated after the sale.
