Bill had mentioned that the reason that happens in incorrect installations. Having had several in a row do that, I was ready to see if a different method could do the job. When I arrived, they quickly got my vehicle in and changed out the windshield. I had been informed before hand of the time it would take to do it, and that was exactly how long it took. The service was friendly, and we had a nice conversation about our community.

I have been a 30 plus years customer with Fremont motors. It's sad to say they have went to sh!t. I…read morebought a new Ford Explorer and right off the bat I had problems with it. There was a sensor that was bad. When they in there replacing it they cut into my wiring harness to replace a ford issue. I went and picked it up and drove it home. The next day I had the same issue. I called him up and let him know. They hired a guy to come pick my vehicle up on a car trailer and haul it back. Come to find out the place that they installed the harness a rodent ate through it that night. I have never had any problems with rodents, eating any of my wiring harnesses the 23 years I lived in this house. cost me over $1600 to have that fixed. While they were there, they went ahead and oil change cause it was due for the first one. Two days went to Las Vegas. The motor wasn't sounding right air-conditioning quit working. So I took a Ford dealership Come to find out when they did an oil change they put too much oil in it. When I bought this car at Fremont Motors they talked me into a $700. Windshield warranty. FYI you can't transfer this warranty and of course they don't tell you this when buying it as I traded it in on different car in vegas. FYI Ford care sucks as well. They don't give two sh!ts after the sale.

The sales representative Hai Gergin was outstanding. Working with the sales manager Jaysen was easy. We purchased the truck sight unseen and received a fair trade in value for our truck. After we agreed on the deal Hai offered to meet me in Cody (we are located in Billings). We meet in Cody (the truck was exactly as represented) and exchange vehicles and finished the paperwork on the spot. Hai listened and understood my concerns through the whole process. On our way to Yellowstone, my husband and I hit a deer in the middle of the night, which banged up our car pretty badly. We thought our vacation was over when we were forced to turn around and spend the night in Lander (thinking the worst--that we would have to wait until morning and get a tow 5+ hours back to Denver.) After calling around to several other shops where no one had time to even check out our damage, these guys took us in, treated us like royalty, and after assessing the damage, assured us that with a new battery and turn signal, we could still salvage our vacation. Talk about customer service! These guys are really top notch, and if we lived closer, I would be giving my business to them now and in the future!
