Even when I decided to change from a shower only to a bathtub installation, Gabriel was able to accommodate the change and adjust the work order without issue or hesitation. He did a great job installing the tile, and even went above and beyond when some floor tile needed to be removed from one area and added to another area to accommodate a vanity with less depth than the previous one. Installing all the new bathroom components, including a new toilet, vanity, tub, shower hardware and light figure were all done to perfection. Gabriel was very professional, clean and neat, stuck to the budget, and provided all receipts for the out of pocket items he purchased. As well, he was great at working with me to help make decisions when I wasn't sure what to do on certain things. I would definitely look to hire him again for future projects, and definitely recommend him for your home improvement project, especially if new tile is a part of it.

He came prepared with lots of information and documentation at our initial meeting. He was very quick to respond and he had an idea for the layout that no one else had thought of. Once things got rolling our project manager was Chuck and I can't speak highly enough of him. He and his team were very professional and everything was completed to our expectations and in some cases beyond. Chuck did a great job of always checking to make sure things were done the right way and if he thought it wasn't good enough he made sure it got done to his standards. He is without a doubt the best contractor I've ever worked with. As far as budget and timeline goes the only things that went over budget were things that we decided to change or upgrade. The timeline also went as expected. Before they even started they gave us an estimate but also told to expect some delays. We expected it to be done by the end of the summer and it was. Rather than acting with integrity, the business elected to tell a lie, as the project was likely not lucrative enough for them. I made no reference to my budget, but the business assumed I would not be interested in paying their prices. I would like to offer a two-star rating, though, as the communication was quite prompt.
