Although the review was not positive, he took the time to listen to my concerns, apologize, and explain how he wanted to make things right. Demi told me that whether I chose to use his shop or not, I was still a customer, and customer service is the foundation of his business. He acknowledged that my experience did not reflect the standards he expects from his team and assured me that he wanted the opportunity to demonstrate the level of service his shop is known for. Based on our conversation, I scheduled an appointment for this Saturday and had the windows on my 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser tinted. I am pleased to say that his staff turned his words into action. From start to finish, the experience was professional, courteous, and exactly what I had hoped for. The vehicle looks fantastic, and I am extremely happy with the results. I called in and spoke to Eric to get a quote for tinting the front and rear windows of my new model 3. Although the pricing seemed more than what I wanted/expected to spend he was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining why the pricing reflected the work needed to tint a Tesla specifically CORRECTLY since the rear windows are so large compared to other cars. I wanted someone trustworthy and after some research I realized his pricing was reasonable especially since a family member of mine paid more than what Eric quoted me and his 2020 model 3 has already started bubbling! Eric was able to book me the following week based on my availability and I was the only one scheduled for that day which I appreciate because you can tell he took the time to perfect my windows! He sent me a video and pictures of the car before pick up and even stayed an additional hour past closing to wait for me to pick up the car. When I arrived he showed me pictures of the whole process that was done. I'm hella happy I took my car to this shop. I love how sporty/aggressive the car looks now and I can still see clearly when I drive at night. I definitely recommend & will be coming back here in the future!
