I've come here multiple times and had decent prices & friendly service until today. Whatever dude who was here on Wed Oct 8th around 2:40 pm was RUDE as hell. Dude with black hair an ear piercing with the Edgar haircut needs an attitude adjustment. He was rude and trying to rush us the whole way through, didn't give any info and made us uncomfortable to try and ask for different price points. My friend also was trying to find different price points for cartridges and avoid distillate products only to be given an $80 price tag?? There are may blends and products available with price points starting at $30+. I've literally bought them here before unless yall got rid of your mid price points inventory....I doubt the prices changed THAT much in just a couple of weeks. From beginning to end my experience here stunk. Didn't feel welcomed by the front desk staff, the next person or bud tender that I encountered wasn't pleasant either and when you work in customer service there's supposed to he some level of respect shown by the employees when you are spending your money in an establishment and that didn't exist here. I left a tip anyway but after I counted my money and gave it to her- the bud tender told me my total again like I'm stupid and gave her the wrong amount. I called the store to check if they had a product line (called plug play) and they immediately said they had it. I drove an hour to come in and when I got there they told me they don't carry Any of the brands products, I confirmed that the number I called was theirs. They had no explanation for me and tried to upsell me on their other item's instead. First visit will be my ONLY visit. Decent flower but, TERRIBLE customer experience. The flower was better than the experience but, the experience was so terrible that I'd rather wait till morning, or go without next time before ever pondering on returning. I don't think I've EVER had a worse experience in my entire life anywhere, ever! This is what happens when managers don't care about the situations THEY cause due to laziness or, care to rectify their own mistakes or, inabilities to ensure their system is right, their employees are adequately trained and equipped, and the managers ultimately know when it's time to properly manage and de-escalate situations in which they're responsible for. Lazy, Inept managers cause stores & businesses to falter especially in such a competitive industry where customer service alone could be an asset or, lead to a slow but, sure end. This is the WORST DISPENSARY IN THORNTON AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are several places in the area with higher quality products and MOST IMPORTANTLY, HIGHER QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Come here every few days and spend no less than $100 every time I come it's usually a good experience but today was not good in any way shape or form. I came in to take a look at the selection of DRO quarters and I asked the bud tender Johnny to see the selection and he asked "indica or sativa?" I reply that I would like to see them all and pick between them. He makes a comment in a sarcastic tone like "I wouldn't blindly sell anyone anything " I didn't ask you to sell me anything blindly I asked to see the DRO product available. I kept it moving and selected my DRO quarter and a gram of concentrate. I noticed there was a wheel that said if you spend more than $75 you get to spin it for a discount next time you're there. I asked Johnny and he said "go ahead and spin it". I spun the wheel and the first time I spun it landed on "spin again" so I spun it and then it landed on 15%. The employee handed me a 10% coupon for next time. I asked him didn't I just hit 15%? To wich he replied in a rude tone "I saw you spin the first time and it landed on 10" I was so frustrated that I didn't even take the coupon because of how I was treated. Like I said I spend $100 at least once a week here and to be treated like my business isn't even wanted makes me not want to return again. This was my first trip to Colorado and a dispensary. I was in shock, as these things are prohibited in the Bible Belt where I live. But when in Rome, do as the romans... right? Well the same applies to Colorado. When in a Colorado, do as the Coloradians. The staff was extremely helpful. I tried my first ever edibles and boy did I sleep the best I've slept in years. She is always there but roles her eyes at you, doesn't explain what they have available, gets mad when you ask questions, slams things down on the counter. Employee communicated to me over the phone that they had Banana Kush carts. Employee lied because they don't have them in stock. I took the bus for an hour to get here and now I have to spend an hour catching it back. Waste of time. I use the Banana flavors for sleep. Very angry. Well since my last 2 visits... I won't be coming back... the bud tenders won't show me more the 2 items, without it being an issue... I would usually spend at least $200 + give my tender a $5 tip... got out the door spending less then $50 & NO TIP for the service I encountered!! The last 2 guys, On My last 2 trips, were horrible at their jobs, had 0% Customer Service Skills, trying to get someone to do their job should NOT be the customers job... so i won't be back...
