I would give -10 if I could. Do not use this company. The communication is horrible and quality of work is subpar. Takes 3 day to a week to get an answer from them. It has been an absolute nightmare. The owner, Eddie Lay, is rude and condescending towards women. They poured a patio for us on 12/2/22. We sent them a picture of what we wanted and they said they could do it. They were supposed to dig out existing patio and make the patio level with the ground. On the day they came to frame it they said they weren't going to do that, they will pour on top of exisiting patio. We should have know then. They also poured concrete late afternoon, so they were stamping it in the dark with no lights. I posted a picture of what we want and what they gave us. The owner told me I was being too picky. (Decide for yourself by the pictures) Then 3 months later agreed to tear it out and re-pour it. When they were doing the demo of the patio they poured, they caused $5,000 of damage to the brick on our house. They said they would pay for it. We gave them 3 reliable quotes, all $5,000 and then they started the run around. They wanted to send their guy to look at it. (After seeing the quality of the patio, I was afraid to use someone they suggested for brick work) Dragging this project out again. We ended up firing them at the advice of a lawyer and paying for the brick repair so we could get a competent company to do it next week. Had them pour a driveway for us last year and they did a great job but with a couple of problem areas, rebar was coming up through the driveway in a couple of spots. We noticed this after a few months and called and asked that they come fox it. We were promised that it would be taken care of and then radio silence. Weve reached out multiple times and still no response. Bottom line if you want concrete work don't with no guarantees of quality or follow up then these are your guys. read more
