Do not use these people, complete scam. $100 service fee, $100 install fee, and failure to mention…read more$100 deliver fee, but were very quick to mention to there was also $100 deliver fee when asked for them to not install it and then say they couldn't deliver the washer, that was already there due to them not installing it. Once my mother in law told just the $100 service fee would be paid because she no longer wanted the washer from them they forced to pay with threats to call the police. Absolute terrible business practices.

Then I get a call from the dispatch lady named Merna and Stacy that we need to change again... ok at this point I was annoyed but... things happen. The night before service get a text confirming for another day. Called they said oh yeah we have a different day. At this point I'm annoyed they assured they could move it. She said the tech will message you when they are on the way.... Nope he said that was there job. Super nice guy he also said they were running into issues. I was asked to pay half now and the other half once the job was completed... they needed to order the part.... Ok no problem.... Similar situation to get the tech back out there. They don't accept cards only check.... Ok wrote the second check now it's January and February and they are stating that the lost the check or it may have cashed might not have but they can't track it........ I had sent a photo of the model number and was under the impression that the part would be obtained and ready for installation. Such was not the case. They did not want to order the incorrect part. Laudable, yet still there was NO phone call to clarify the required part. Additionally, David was curious as to whether I HAD ACQUIRED the part. So, a busted trip. I called the owner and was assured he would call back. I did not think arriving without a part was professional and then to have the technician state there was a $89 service call. What he did was take a picture of the model number placard that I had previously sent.

First excuse given to agent from LG appliance who contacted Tonia (c o-owner ) was that she thought her husband had ordered. Attempted 9 times to contact 2nd Chance, they would not answer phone call from my number. Friend call over to listen and witness conversation. We used her phone to call, and Kyndell immediately answered. Again said his wife had ordered part, and she would call when she got back from picking kids up from school to give us order number. He proceeded to smart off and state "I suppose you are going to check us out". I contacted LG this morning only to be told part was not ordered. I texted Kyndell and told him he hadn't needed to lie if he didn't want to do job he should have said so. Proceed to tell him now it would end up in court, and it would cost him a day off work as well as damage his reputation. Within 5 minutes I got a very nasty call telling me it was LG's fault we didn't have part, and go ahead and take him to court, and if I said anything against him he would be taking me to court. This was followed by an e-mail from wife, full of lies as usual. Contacted my credit card company to have charges reversed. If not reversed I will be filing a court case against these liars. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy. Glad that I live in an area of professional people so word of there actions will spread rapidly among the community. Bought this fridge on Thursday of last week from 2nd Chance Appliances in fort smith on Midland…read moreBlvd. Was told everything on the fridge worked and it was in great condition accept the Dent on the door my husband paid cash and was told it also has a 60 day warranty we get the fridge home plug it in and hook up the water it starts flooding are kitchen we call second chance back and tell them we want to bring the fridge back that we were told it was all working and it obviously not the women says it turns out our guy forgot to tell you he order a filter part cause it wasn't working we say okay we still want to bring it back we were told we have a 60 day warranty and you lied and told us everything worked on it wether u forgot about the part or not she says oh we don't do refunds the 60 day warranty only covers us coming to do repairs so we agree to let them come look at what's wrong with it and work on it they come on Monday say yeah it's the filter we will get one and come fix it as soon as it comes in woke up today realized the fridge wasn't making any noise at all went in there to realize now the fridge isn't cooling or freezing at this point I'm heated I call the lady tell her now it's not even working at all she says okay I will have them come look at it I say okay but if this fridge isn't working can you bring us one that does till y'all fix this one cause obviously you sold it to us said everything was okay on it then tell us you forgot to mention it had a broke part on order she says we don't have any in store but they can come look at it I'm posting this to let everyone know do not buy from these people they are scammers and liars we went in to get this fridge with are 5 month old baby and was told everything was perfect with it only to be told after we paid and brought it home that they ordered parts cause it was broke a good company would have refunded are money and took the fridge back because they were at fault for forgetting to inform us about the broken part but they didint do that I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
