Informed him I did some research online from which my husband removed the back panel from inside the freezer and found frost build up. According to the research it states to defrost the unit with a hair dryer, order and replace the defrost thermostat. Before we invested in funds to do this we wanted a proper diagnosis. Kenny checked the unit out and cleaned our coils. He stated what we needed was a new main power board. I ordered the main power board. On 02Aug2019 I received the main board and contacted Kenny to install. He came out and installed it the same day. The next morning when we checked everything our freezer wasn't freezing. I contacted Kenny regarding this. He had me unplug the unit and plug it back in. Listen to hear if the fan and compressor was running, which it was. Stated he would be back over again if not that day then the following day. I kept him informed of the temperature and ice-maker operation throughout the day. He stated he may have to change the temperature sensor in the freezer and believed he may have some. Stated he would get back to me. The next day, 04Aug2019 I had not heard anything from him so I sent a text asking if he was still planning on coming out today. At which he replied he had to move unexpectedly. On 05Aug2019, I sent a text and received back an explanation to his unexpected move. 06Aug2019 I informed Kenny that I understood he was in the middle of a housing issue but I still needed my refrigerator fixed. He advised me to contact another repair company. So I am out of money for part and repairs and still have a broken refrigerator. He informed me on the two repair visits at my home that he stood behind his work at which I can't say I feel is true.

He did the same jobs before on the kitchen and the toilet bidet and took him no more than one hour to install both. The man from the company finished the kitchen sink faucet after about 1 1/4 hour and took a way longer than we expected with the bidet toilet due to " leaking T-Piece that he has been back and forth to his truck to fix the issue." After three hours of work, I was asked to pay $ 290.36 although I was quoted that the first hour to be $75 and the following hours are $65 with 30 minutes increment! I have talked to Anna who claimed herself to be "the supervisor" and I explained to her the situation and inform her my willingness to pay for 1 1/5 hour job as it is reasonable time to spend for both item. She was adamant that I have to pay the requester ($290.36) amount and after reasoning with her, she finally cut the price to $ 189.76 ( still not sure about how the calculation for 3 hours time occurred! I asked about my options and she was very rude by saying: "You either pay the amount or go to court and pay the first requested amount". I wrote a check with the amount with memo include "Thank you, Anna :)" What a great customer service and satisfaction!

When they installed our unit, however, they put the extremely old pump back in. He put in the new pump after we called him on it, but then later tried to tack on extra cost for other things. We refused to pay the extra cost, and now in the coldest part of the winter, we are very cold. He refuses to come out to fix the problem because we (fairly) refused to pay the extra. Having tried to get someone else to fix it, we have found that it will void our warranty if anyone else services it, since it's under a year old. My advice: Don't even think about using American Energy Guard for your air conditioning.

Bryan was very sharp and professional! He used his tools to connect to the A/C unit and explained to us what he saw. The freon was very low so Bryan started a recharge. During the recharge, he answered our questions, explained the different parts of the system, and was a wealth of information! Bryan took the time to monitor the system during and after the recharge. He showed us that the system was holding the charge and what kind of performance to expect going forward. Our A/C is blowing cold air again and our upstairs rooms are staying cold.
