The problem with chain stores is that items like these are made of a lower quality metal and the heads tend to strip when turned too hard. He proceeded to tell me he "didn't give a shit" why I was at his business when I explained I was just dropping something off. He called me a "dumb bitch" in front of the children and again demanded I move my car immediately or he would move it for me. I was approached by this man very aggressively twice. My grandsons were very scared about the incident and many folks in the parking lot heard the man yelling at me at my car. It was a terrifying incident by the owner of the business and my grandsons are traumatized by the man asking me what would have happened if he got physically aggressive.
