First we were never told that we could move to bigger trampoline and continue to jump assisting my daughter like in the video. In fact I had to demonstrate to you in the adjacent bigger trampoline how I was jumping like in the video and was told that wouldn't work. Second in your video of rules we watched I did nothing close to depicted as double jumping or jumping too close to a smaller person as clearly seen in the video below. I was very gently assisting my physically handicapped daughter to jump. Absolutely nothing dangerous in that. Shameful and shady of a company to respond with lies instead of facts. Then to suggest that I'm putting my daughter at such dangerous risk to her safety is a joke. Much like how this company has responded to this whole thing.

I was visiting from out of state and spending time with friends. The first game went fine, but halfway through our second game, an employee named Mary approached our lane and rudely demanded to know why I was using the disabled/child bowling ramp and a 7-pound bowling ball. I have an old wrist injury from high school that makes it difficult and painful for me to bowl without accommodations. When I tried to explain this, Mary became argumentative and continued to challenge my explanation rather than simply accepting it. The interaction was uncomfortable and completely ruined the mood of our outing. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there were no children waiting to use the ramp, and there was another ramp available in the arcade area. There was no shortage of equipment, so there was no reason for me to be questioned in the first place. As someone working in hospitality, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and respect I received as a paying customer. Disabilities and injuries are not always visible, and customers should not be made to justify their need for accessibility equipment in front of others. I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed by the way I was treated.
