When your lanes are empty and you piss off the few customers you have so they leave

7 of us came to have fun. We bought a hour of bowling for 2 lanes. Spent over $100 in food and beverages. We where taking turns bowling in both lanes. Troy the "manager" simply shut off our lanes. No warning. Nothing we walk up and ask him what's up. He rudly explains that we can't alternate lanes.....we have to have 3 in 1 lane and 4 in the other. He of course waited until frame 8 to do this. Deleting our games and we had to start over.

I would never come here again even after covid, the staff was so rude not even all the staff the waitresses were great but the guy working the front was so rude! customer service was awful, his attitude was like "I don't wanna be here". Why do you work in a customer service job if you don't wanna be

It's a little confusing as to what this place is really named. The listing here on Yelp says "Celebrity Bowl" but the big neon sign over the door says "Spare Time Lanes." Either way, we had a good time bowling with our friends. They have really old scoring equipment, but it worked great and the lanes were in good condition. It was a weekday afternoon, and there were no leagues at the time, so we had no problem getting a good lane and equipment. Not sure how other days/times would be. Definitely some good "old-school" family fun!

Sampler platter with chicken strips, tater tots, mozzarella sticks, and breaded mushrooms. It was amazing!

This place is fun for the whole family! Bowling, video games, and a great selection of food.

    New red and white floors!

On our last trip I was looking for something fun for a couple of 11 year old boys to do on a cold day and found this place online. It was super clean, well organized and lots of fun. I think 11 years old was probably the top end of the age range unless you were doing laser tag or virtual golf but we had fun. Like I said I have been to a ton of these places over 15 years and was very impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of this one!

I was told to stop and can not hold my daughters (Who is special needs) hand to assist her to jump. Literally jumping an inch or two off the ground. I get their are rules, and you are not going to catch everyone but, others were doing the same and even pointed out by one of the owners while we were talking yet said absolutely nothing to them?? We have never felt she was not welcomed at a place until we tried to celebrate her bday at Quake. Such a sickening feeling as parents. We never had this issue at Max Air. I'm just glad she doesn't have the understanding to know what happened, to feel unwanted so she could still attempt to enjoy her bday.. Again needed to add this edit due to the lies of this company. First we were never told that we could move to bigger trampoline and continue to jump assisting my daughter like in the video. In fact I had to demonstrate to you in the adjacent bigger trampoline how I was jumping like in the video and was told that wouldn't work. Second in your video of rules we watched I did nothing close to depicted as double jumping or jumping too close to a smaller person as clearly seen in the video below. I was very gently assisting my physically handicapped daughter to jump. Absolutely nothing dangerous in that. Shameful and shady of a company to respond with lies instead of facts. Then to suggest that I'm putting my daughter at such dangerous risk to her safety is a joke. Much like how this company has responded to this whole thing.

We originally wanted to do…read morekaraoke, but since there weren't any options available at the time, we decided to go bowling instead. The first game went fine, but halfway through our second game, an employee named Mary approached our lane and rudely demanded to know why I was using the disabled/child bowling ramp and a 7-pound bowling ball. I have an old wrist injury from high school that makes it difficult and painful for me to bowl without accommodations. When I tried to explain this, Mary became argumentative and continued to challenge my explanation rather than simply accepting it. The interaction was uncomfortable and completely ruined the mood of our outing. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there were no children waiting to use the ramp, and there was another ramp available in the arcade area. There was no shortage of equipment, so there was no reason for me to be questioned in the first place. As someone working in hospitality, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and respect I received as a paying customer. Disabilities and injuries are not always visible, and customers should not be made to justify their need for accessibility equipment in front of others. I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed by the way I was treated.

Attempt at public humiliation? Yes. A previous week, me and my partner stopped by to try their pizza. It was.. okay...- their meatballs were better, bothprepared by the same employee at the door though. Still looks, acts, and IS miserable. But atleast she is competent enough to make decent food. The ambience? Good if you like the sound of screaming children and blood curdling screams. The pizza? Bad and overpriced, makes cafeteria pizza look like the fanciest cuisine ever done by Gordon Ramsey himself. The meatballs? On point. The service? Bad. Would I reccomend going here? No. Go to that bowling alley in richland instead. Rating? 4/10. The meatballs were doing the heavy lifting. Some of the most miserable people work here in all the tri cities. This place has gotta be the Crack dens of all Crack dens. (Also, don't take your kids here. Pretty positive the stalls are designed for bad actors, I went in there and those gaps are HUGEE! Immediately walked out to tell my partner, then we dipped with our food. Had to hold it.)
