I was visiting from out of state and spending time with friends. We originally wanted to do karaoke, but since there weren't any options available at the time, we decided to go bowling instead. The first game went fine, but halfway through our second game, an employee named Mary approached our lane and rudely demanded to know why I was using the disabled/child bowling ramp and a 7-pound bowling ball. I have an old wrist injury from high school that makes it difficult and painful for me to bowl without accommodations. When I tried to explain this, Mary became argumentative and continued to challenge my explanation rather than simply accepting it. The interaction was uncomfortable and completely ruined the mood of our outing. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there were no children waiting to use the ramp, and there was another ramp available in the arcade area. There was no shortage of equipment, so there was no reason for me to be questioned in the first place. As someone working in hospitality, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and respect I received as a paying customer. Disabilities and injuries are not always visible, and customers should not be made to justify their need for accessibility equipment in front of others. been hanging around town for a week and a half before it turned cold and wet and generally unfavorable for walking out of doors so me and reggie came here for a little indoor activity. it's an odd mash-up of a comedy club and a casino and an arcade of sorts that we didn't go to, a cigar boutique that reggie visited, and a bowling alley! okay... when we arrived we were advised that league play started about 6:00 so we should be able to get three lines in without being rushed so that's what we went with. got some shoes and found a ball that mostly fit but didn't really work well because it's a slippy plastic house ball and not my shiny chubby-unicorn and didn't quite fit but was good enough to win by seven pins at the end of the day. and that kind of matters a little, what matters more is having some fun and yakking and laughing and getting along well with the bowlers next door and nobody got their feelings hurt. yea bowling! The customer service here was awful. My friend was new to bowling so he went to get the training ramp and the one lady came over and snarkly said "absolutely not." After that they decided to stare us down and acted like they didn't know what we were talking about when we confronted them later. Very unhappy and the food was way too expensive. Would not recommend there's a different bowling ally in Kennewick . The staff are rude , lie through their teeth , definitely unprofessional and power trips . They claim they don't need signs so they can make up rules okay . We honestly didn't know and was given disrespect and attitude. I would like to say we have been coming here for years. We came in on a Friday and we had a party of 7 and we were next to a group of kids there for a birthday party. We asked the kids to have bowling etiquette to let people next to them bowl first if they are on the lanes. They were rude and disrespectful we talked with the parents and they did absolutely nothing. Talked with Cam that worked there and he did nothing. The kids became more disrespectful and we left. We will go elsewhere to bowl. read more

If I could give -5star I would. The music selection too was so horrible that we finished one game then went for a refund. They still charged 58.00 for one game . When we had paid 104.00 for unlimited games for 3 hours. Not a great place if your wanting to have good family time . read more

Bowling experience is pretty average. The approach needs to be taken care of. For the last week it has been very grippy/sticky to the point of almost resulting in injury when your forward foot does not slide at all. Knee injuries and falls will result if it is not corrected. This has been pointed out to them on multiple occasions with nothing done to address it. read more

Planning a birthday party for a 12 year old can be exhausting. Atomic Bowl helped ease allot of that stress gave the kids a couple hours to bowl and play games it worked out perfect. I particularly like being able to book online and see all the party packages available before hand. I picked the Electron Package, which included 2 hour party rental, two lanes for bowling, $5 game cards for every kid in the package, soda, and pizza. And the pizza was good! Not your typical bar food style. I didn't check out the regular menu, but some from our party did and they all said it was good as well. Our host, William, was great. He did an excellent job for being a new trainee. He was very attentive and connected with the kids and was able to keep a smile on his face while being bombarded with everyone trying to cash in their winnings. Cam and Hope also helped out, they was easy to talk to and very helpful when we asked questions I'm sure they've heard a million times. I would highly recommend Atomic Bowl for your next party place. We came day after Christmas, waited for an hour to get a lane. The arcade was fun while we waited, when we got to playing, it went horrendously. We first had to change lanes because the sweeper kept getting stuck, and couldn't finish a frame with this lane (lane 8 if you ever get that sorry slot they call an alley). Then at lane 7, our bowling balls continually got stuck in our second game, leading us to a terrible pace of play, again not getting through a frame without issue. We held my son's birthday party here in the arcade area yesterday and what a pleasure it was! The staff were friendly, helpful and added to our laughter with their funny banter. My daughter even lost her cellphone but within minutes of asking for help it was located. They asked certain questions to ensure it was actually her phone and I really appreciated the security aspect. Even though my Son has Autism he was not treated differently and though at times the group my son had around him got loud or needy the staff handled it in a very friendly and professional way! Neither my children nor their friends were treated like a burden. We will definitely be returning for future events! Highly recommend! read more

I loved the idea of being able to go catch a comedy show on a Thursday night with friends, have some drinks, a few laughs, etc., and have some fun either discovering up and coming talent or have some fun discovering awful comedians. Either way - it's all good. But the atmosphere at Joker's is terrible. The "bouncers" have serious attitude - they won't speak to you even if you are pleasant to them. (Reality check - I'm a 30-something professional (and soccer mom) who doesn't come off as the trouble-making type. Mr. Bouncer: I'm fairly safe to be civil to....) Last time at Joker's, there was some kind of "show of force" going on, with three RPD officers standing shoulder to shoulder, arms crossed, studying the crowd. This is a huge warning sign to me that the environment is sketchy/dangerous and since I'm just there to have a few laughs, the whole "trouble coming down" thing scares me off. Thank God for Netflix. It took a few more weeks to open than they expected.. my friend and I who thought we would get hired, did not. I later used to stop by for a drink after work elsewhere. I cannot believe this place. Its set on a corner of a pretty quiet richland street and they employ bouncers(more than you'd need for this establishment in my opinion..) with a God complex. They march around like all hell is going to break loose...They have kicked my fiance and I out for NO GOOD REASON!. Now, it would make sense if we had done something to deserve it. Never had. First time, He got kicked out after ANOTHER guy puked in the bathroom. Second time, We had 3 drinks each and they threw us out saying we were too drunk. They had three guys take my fiance out by the arms..Literally taking him from his standing spot..It made NO sense! we were standing there talking about what we should do next..Quietly! 3 drinks! Really? The drinks are way too expensive and have little alcohol in them. I want to at least taste a slight tinge of the stuff if I'm paying 8 dollars for it...The bar tenders don't listen, the service is poor. This place is a disgrace. It has what a bowling place should equip, but the overall environment here isn't pleasant as you expect. The bowling balls will often stick on their way back and it's pretty difficult to find the right size for my finger, even though my finger is the average size. However the service here is pretty nice and there are all kinds of food available to choose. Great choice for families and parties and you get what you paid for. read more

Bowling here was great! Came here in the on a early Saturday and it wasn't packed so we had plenty of lanes for a big group. The sitting area looked like it had been refinished and looked nice and was really comfortable. Only bad experience we had was the food. It was probably the worst food I've ever had like frozen food reheated and pizza tasted horrible I'd recommend gas station food over their food any day not to mention it was really expensive. Gave 3/5 stars only because food but bowling was 5/5. read more

Fun place to hang out on a rain day. Lots of things to do here. But ceiling falling right next to you seems to be a problem. Looking around the place it's not the first time it's be a problem. So I'd recommend fixing your ROOF there's lots of kids in here and people spend a lot of money here. Next time your in here look up and there's many issues that aren't being addressed on ceiling. Went bowling for a bachelor party and were absolutely appalled by the music they were playing. I can't remember the last time I heard the N-word and So many f-bombs in so little time. No censored music, the music was so loud I could even hear my buddies yelling. Needless to say, if you have kids probably not the best place for a bowling outing. Be aware of Friday Night request night for the music. We will not be going back. Played one game and left. I really don't like stepping into this building at all on the weekend. During the week I've never had a problem. Come Friday or Saturday it like stepping into a layer of hell. The bouncers are arrogant, racist, and aggressive bigots. The drink lines are so ridiculous; 30 minutes for 16oz drink with 1 1/2 shots of booze that costs $10. On the weekends there are just no redeeming qualities. Stay far away. read more

We went here about 2 weeks ago as a family for bowling night and i had no idea that the bowling portion was going to be as bad of an experience as the bar portion. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Stuck us on a lane that didn't work. My family and i wasted about 45 mins total waiting for our bowling balls that got stuck every single time, and the lady just watched. We mustve asked for help 5 times, and each time she had an employee walk up the lane to retrieve the balls that got clogged. Finally i asked her if we could move to another lane. She got really defensive and said "maybe you shouldn't bowl so fast" bowling fast?? How do you bowl too fast? You wait your turn and when the bar raises up the computer tells you its your turn. This place will do if you're looking to wait in a huge line at the bar for drinks, pay a cover (?!?!) at a bar that doesn't deserve to charge for one, and listen to the same songs everytime you're in there. One good thing is that I have never seen a fight, unlike some of the other fine establishments in this town. The bouncers are quick to throw people out though. Ex. I had a friend who wasn't drinking at all, but had been thrown out before, get thrown out just because the bouncers recognized him. And seriously, a VIP section? You have to be joking. read more

Wow....for all the reviews I've seen it seems like no one likes this place. Well from "MY" experience we have had a great time everTIME we go. The bouncers have never been rude to me. I actually am greeted when I walk in. Every club except jack didley's has a cover so...I don't really mind about it. Joker's is also the only club with music videos while you dance. So I like it because even when I'm sitting I get to look at something besides other dancers. I've never been to the VIP section. But I hear you get drink specials if you sit there. I like Jokers and will probably keep going there while I'm still in the mood to dance. read more
