I've been spending my money at this shop since they opened. I've bought a few glass pieces for well over 100 dollars each. Sunday I bought a 45 dollar grinder, brought it home, began to use it and I couldn't turn the bottom part to open it, further it appeared that you could not open the middle part to get your product out, once you ground it. within an hour of purchasing I brought it back for an exchange. the employee called the owner who flatly refused to exchange it!?! i went to the other smoke shop in the same center bought a better one for 20 dollars less than one they were selling. I'll never go back to this shop, the owner could care less about doing what's right even if you are a regular customer. read more

This is by far the worst smoke shop I have ever stepped foot in. The owner is an aggressive, unprofessional, and downright dangerous individual who should not be running a business. I asked a simple question about alternative products to quit nicotine, and instead of answering, he lost his temper, cursed me out, physically put his hands on me, and shoved me out of the store. Yes, the owner physically put his hands on a paying customer. It gets worse--he then called another nearby smoke shop (where I went immediately after) to spread lies about me and tell them not to sell to me, as if I had done something wrong. That alone tells me he's done this before and knows he's in the wrong. Turns out, this is not the first time he's been reported for mistreating customers, especially women. This man is completely unhinged and has no business dealing with the public. If you value your safety, avoid this place at all costs. There are way better smoke shops in the area where you won't be harassed or assaulted for simply asking a question. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. read more

My daughter went into there today to let them know her vape was defective cuz it tasted "burnt". The boss guy said "sounds like u r an addict" It is a 5000 puffs vape and she bought it Monday. I'm in a wheelchair and after entering store with no one in it I ask a quick question to clerk and a 2nd customer arrives so Clerk ask if it be okay to take care of the other customer 1st while he's holding merchandise that I wanted to buy. This is definitely one of the worst shops I've been into. Vapes are always burnt as soon as you hit them and last about 3 days when I get them from other shops they last about two weeks. The part that will make me never come back is the stupid homophobic ugly ass manager. Wouldn't take my id because I cut my hair? lol has never happened to me before ever. This is the most knock off shop I've ever came across to say the least. Not only was a friend of mine ripped off from here as well by selling them a fake disposable, but they tried selling me a cart for probably twice what it's worth.
