Went to Take 5 today on Jet Dr in Midwest City Oklahoma ,I am a Miltary Veteran and was using their 25% off Veteran discount . I purchased the Complete oil change for $101.99 I also purchased a premium oil filter or 13.99 . The Tech came to me and showed me that the safety level in my radiator coolant was low and they could change it out for $145.99 I said I would come back next week and have it changed he said ok and walked away. He returned and said to me so you will know the 25 % discount applies to the entire ticket I then said change the fluids. When the vehicle was finished being serviced the bill they presented to me $254 . I said that is not correct if I gave $101.99 for a oil change and $13.99 for a premium filter and $145.99 for a fluid flush and change the grand total of $267.96 a 25% miltary discount of $66.97 . So $267.96 - $66.99 =$200.97 + sales tax for product of $15.42 for a grand total of $216.39 . When I confronted them that the ticket was not correct they said they had no control and I would have contact the corporate office . I tried but obviously closed Saturday because no one would answer. A long story short they did not give me a discount on the radiator flush after telling me it was included in the 25 % off discount. After completing the service and presenting me the ticket for the service on vehicle. Telling me they didn't know what was wrong and I would to pay and contact corporate ,the manager also said he didn't know what was wrong and there was nothing he could do . Got home went over ticket figured out no 25% discount on the fluid change . Called manager back told him what I was told about fluid change and he said oh well nothing he could do . Asked if employee represented Take 5 he said yes but nothing he can do. That is misleading your customer !! it's only $38 and some change but that is a lot of money when you get away with deceiving 30 customers a day with no questions. Adds up to nice commission at the end of the month for the manager I'm sure,Same as stealing never going back won't be sucker 3 times in a row !! Will spread the word!! Manager name is Johnny $$$$$$ allowing employees to mislead customers maybe even encouraging if pay is based on commission. Beware Beware Beware!!!!

I come to take the oil filter off and everyone knows you lube the rubber seal so it will come off easy next time you change it. It also only needs to be hand tight. I literally had to poke a hole in the filter just to get leverage to turn thr damn thing. Comes to show, this company had used the filter wrench to tighten too tight. I will never go back to these unprofessional fucks again.

Just on here to say I was ripped off yesterday…read more I was priced a Mass Air Flow Sensor for $129. Guy told me it's that price no matter where I go. Trusted him (shouldn't have) and had my car repaired at a price of $260. Of course had to pay for labor. That's not the issue. Issue is they went to auto zone and got the part for $40 and came back, charged me $126 for it. (I'm sure that's where they went. Guy told me they didn't have the part there and they needed to go get the part). This part you can get anywhere for 40, 50, or even $60 depending on which one you choose to buy. Just didn't appreciate the dishonesty when I asked him if I could buy it cheaper myself and he told me no. He was very much a hustler and was only in it for the money.

In doing so, they screwed up my gague for my gas tank, and i ran out of gas before my car started yelling at me. Also, there was an extremely strong odor of gas that i needed them to fix. The good news is they only charged me once. I went back to them multiple times to have them completely fix what was going on because my check engine light continued to turn on a few days after they fixed my car. The last time i was in, saying my engine light came on again and i still smell gas, im pretty sure they just turned off the check engine light and said they cant smell anything. Well my light turned on later, and the gas was noticable to my 7 year old daughter. So they did nothing. I decided to take it to a different shop. They said the gas smell was from a leak caused by a damaged gas tank. They suspect the tank was damaged from taking the fuel pump in and out. Aka. City express damaged my tank. So now im paying for it to be fixed.... again. Rest assured, i will pay extra to have my car towed exactly where i want it, and will not be going back here again. 2 stars because they were mostly nice (even if they seemed annoyed) and only charged me once.
